The first time...

Well this is the first time I am 'blogging!' Who would have throught that such a word would have made it into normal vocabulary!!! Well now that my excitement is over I can tell you more about why I have started this....

I run a spiritual development business, running workshops, seeing clients etc. The mind, body, spirit market as it is more widely known as, is ever growing, but it does not mean the myself and people like me are all necessarily brimming over with clients! Living life spiritually, wanting to and being able to help transform the lives of others and the planet carries with it a certain bizzare aspect! (You will have to check back on future blogs to read how bizzare it really gets!)

The spirituality of the world is changing too, the balance between material living and spirituality seems and appears disharmonious. I want to share with you the musings and dilemmas of my mind. Is it truly possible to love Gucci and be spiritually 'new age?'

I will also share with you spiritual practices, meditations and visualisations and anything else that comes up during this 'blogging journey!'

This is a fun blog, with no doubt hidden depth to it so take as you choose too. Do not be offended, be inspired and be kind, most of all however have fun!
