Cosmic Bugle

What's been happening cosmically...? So many people have been asking me this recently and I have been seeing so many people falling into the trap of the cosmic alignment that is taking place, I thought I would tune in and offer some deeper insights.

Basically people are feeling trapped, trapped by all sorts of things, from perceived success in one area of life to perceived failure in another, from unresolved emotions, tears to anger. Some of you I know are experiencing a full on combo which is making you feel quite isolated and alone....and angry, misunderstood.... sounds familiar I am sure. (Even if you don't want to admit it just yet!) All of these are stripped away and come back to being about love.... that is the big thing, we are clearing love karma, we are clearing our blocks to love and not just the romantic kind but about the love we feel for ourselves and the love we transmit back out to the world.

What is occurring energetically is a realignment, it happens more and more frequently and as people get more sensitive it affects them and of course the energy gets stronger. These realignments need to happen as more and more of the new wave of love consciousness is able to ground and anchor, so another word for the alignment could be integration.

And no point patting yourself on the back for being sensitive in this case if you have been feeling the muddle of emotion and the pain of anger, if you have just sat back and done nothing. No prizes for being sensitive, they tell me. There are of course no prizes at all in the real sense, just growth, evolution and higher vibrational living. So being sensitive is a bit of a so what when you become self indulgent and take no conscious responsibility for your own growth.

And don't get me wrong because of course having a gift of sensitivity is wonderful, but it is all being scrambled at the moment. You are being invited to the next level that is available for you, but in order to do that you have to let go...you have to let go of what doesn't serve you, you have to let go of what you think is right so that you can feel right and vindicated. It is giving up control as that just gives you the illusion of power. When you give up the illusion of power, guess what happens?

Yes, you guessed it, you step into power.

Not ego power, or personality power (which in my view are the same thing) but true soul and higher self power. Divine Power!

So this alignment that is taking place is about evolving the personality, it is about shedding things that are not serving us. Behaviours, traits, values, fears, emotions and so on that do not serve us.

Be kind to yourself as this is happening, but do not bury your head in the sand as you will just get a mouth full of sand ;-) Become aware, do something to not let you become a slave to what you are feeling, step out of comfort zones, do good things despite how you feel (and it is amazing how that creates a juicy feeling back in your life,), don't live by stories of the past, live as you wish life to be, not how you wish it hadn't been. Affirm through thought, action, belief and value what you desire to create.

The energy is getting stronger there is no doubt and as we build to 2013 and beyond it has to get stronger and what was isn't an indication of what will be, what will be is down to your intent and intention. In the past people have talked about people being left behind as we move into new earth and the new paradigm, it is not true of course all mankind goes together. But what is and can happen is that people (and remember conscious spiritual growth is not the same as reading channellings and meditating, this is not about being a cosmic junky) and thinking you are good to go!) will feel affected by 'stuff' more and more in their life. What you choose to not address comes back to bite you and stick around until you work on it.

That's the take on what is going on cosmically folks, and August is around the corner and that is a good time for integration, so a few more days to do the icky personality evolving and a smoother August to follow....well if you choose to let it be smooth of course ;-)

Time for Physical Transformation?

The last two weeks have been a bit of a roller coaster energetically. For those of you who like me have been stepping up to do the inner work and become clearer channels of for the True (New) Earth energies and taking conscious and personal responsibility for their evolution there has been a roller coaster ride with big dips, twists and turns.

A couple of weeks ago the anger bug got me and I felt like I was constantly needing to wiggle my finger at folks while telling them off, not everyone as usually you play out in front of the ones you love and trust and the ones who had volunteered to be part of your growth. I even found myself laughing while being like this because I almost felt like I was in a corner and couldn't stop and it then linked with me starting a big and much needed shift in my food intake. It was like I was being angry because I was full, full of 'stuff, ' from my past, my present and I am sure my future too. Being of such a powerful disposition I have to be careful and with the energy the way it is I have to be extra careful for anything I wish for because just a mere passing thought and the universe and my guides are conspiring to start something happening, before I had actually 100% signed up.

With this food thing, just as I voiced it as an idea to a friend on the phone later that evening old emotional stuff that I was clearly storing came up for release, followed by other physical stuff that was all about the clear out. And it continues.

I am gently introducing more juices to my diet, more soups and less of what I have been using to stuff myself up and block my creative flow. It was more that the food I have been turning to didn't make me feel good and I some how made myself believe I was helpless. And you know what that does, feeling helpless just makes you helpless! (LOL) We all do it, it is part of being human until we stop and learn that we can be more effective, brighter and cleaner in body, mind, spirit and emotion when we eat what is right for us. And by what is right for us I am not talking about being 100% raw or on juices permanently. I used to think that once but not now. Okay when you are doing a specific body detox but the general report back from team in Spirit is that it is about knowing and eating what your body needs for optimum functioning. Forcing yourself to be raw when it isn't right for you just puts you in the energy of sacrifice and that is a very old paradigm energy. And is why you are likely to fall of the wagon and be caught in a cycle of dieting fads. It is because you are listening to someone else over and above your own body, vibration and intuition.
I am not saying being raw is bad, all I am saying is that someones way isn't necessarily your way and being able to know yourself is the best way to understand what works for you. I do agree that a diet for the evolved is going to contain more raw food that is organic, ethical, seasonal and so on as the energy of what we eat is more than the food itself after all. So eating meat and fish may well be what your body needs but the question has to be what is the source and how ethical is it really?

The end point of what I am learning and creating for myself, is eating what is right for me in quantities that keep my body functioning healthily and enable me to continue to be the best Divine Channel I can. Sorry folks, this may not be welcomed but being overweight in anyway is an issue, I am not saying everyone needs to be a size zero because we all have a natural physique but you know (just like I do for my own self) when you are carrying extra pounds and in not being able to shed them is a sign that you are out of alignment with your physical body. This is about being in alignment to what size and shape you need to be to be the light worker you know you are capbable of being, not all being uniformly the same size.

How do you know if you are carrying extra pounds, well when you look in the mirror and think soon I will drop them, or when you put on clothes and wish you could hide the bulge. That is the tell tell sign that you are not in alignment with your physical body. The same applies when you are underweight because you are not allow your body to be at its optimum. Being aware is the starting point for bringing in change.

I used to tell myself God doesn't worry about a few extra pounds, and of course God doesn't worry full stop. What I was really saying was an excuse for not being able to deal with what was going on with my physical body and where I was not dealing with emotions and other people's stuff.

Having spoken with a few people about this subject recently it seems that as Light Workers we take responsibility for our physical body after everything else. We pursue the Light connections and almost forget the body, but what I am reminding you today is that without your body you could not be having the experiences that you are. This is where all this nonsense about ascension symptoms comes in (I never played into this...I mean come on folks!) , because as someone I know put it it is like using a 30 watt light bulb in a 100 watt lamp... you just blow the light at all times because you are trying to push more and more light through something that just isn't built for it. Funny how people got caught up in the romanticism of ascension symptoms and failed to recognise the gift that was being shown to them that there physical body needed some TLC!

2010 is a really significant year and it marks an end point and a new beginning point. It is this year that sows the seeds for your next evolution and the choices you make and the actions you take (or not take) have greater significance. By ignoring, avoiding or being stuck to any old paradigm ways you will take them forward as issues and blocks as you move into 2011, 2012 and beyond. With this is in mind it is really important to take a look at how you need to evolve your physical body. What is it that you are avoiding doing? Is it issues around your diet? Excess pounds? Lack of exercise? If you can feel twinges of recognition to these questions because you have been avoiding them, then why not do something about it? All I can say is that the energy at the moment is perfect for aligning your physical body with the light that you carry and the work that you do and are here to do. Do everything gently and before you know it you will have new ways embedded into your life and your physical body will be strengthened while ascending so it can support you as you become a more powerful light worker.

If you thinking well I am overweight and don't exercise and I am doing well, just think how much more you could be doing if you could carry more light for the planet and humanity? You are blocking your Divine Mission and limiting it because of fear. Not being able to align your physical body is fear based, because we fear we cannot do it. We therefore pretend we don't need to, it is okay the way it is, or we even create illnesses to say we can't because it is beyond our control. We create everything in our life, everything, so create the body that enables you to live out your Divine Mission in full and be the awesome channel for all things light.

Nurturing your physical body is as important and as necessary as nurturing your soul. You have and need both and more then ever now the call from your soul is to align your physical body with your essence of your soul and Divine Mission so that you can play out in full what you are here to do.

The Article - 7 sure fire signs that you are a cosmic junky

Do you plan to meditate everyday despite how you feel and feel bad when you don’t?
When you attend workshops, listen to classes online or on the phone, or read channellings about energy, angels, ascension and other ‘new age’ topics do you get a momentary feeling of euphoria?
Are you always trying to get to talk to celestial energies and unsure if they really hear you or answer, but simply feel that communication means they might hear you?
Do you feel more comfortable and happier ‘up there’ in the higher realms, believing that this world is too harsh and dense?
Do find yourself thinking (or saying) ‘it’s not up to me it’s up to them (God, Angels, Universe etc.)’ Or ‘It’s all about Divine Timing?’
Despite everything that you try and do, try and follow and practice you still feel dissatisfied (however much or little) with life and you don’t have the love, the health, the relationships, the money or the bliss that you are reading about, waiting and longing for?

It is okay to realise that you may be addicted to energy, after all I too know how wonderful it is when you connect to the higher realms. But I also know how there can be a huge disconnect from your celestial connections and real life. The gulf is getting wider and wider and wider for many. This is going to continue this year as this is what 2010 brings with it. It has the promise of being the best year and the year that you can sow the seeds for the next phase of your evolution.

Let's take a little step back and remember how we got to where we are energetically this year. In 2006 the Heaven on Earth energy was anchored into Mother Earth, it was the beginning of massive planetary changes and saw a big focus on 2012 and a huge amount of channellings and writings on New Earth and the New Paradigm. Last year the energy changes were pretty much done, the New Earth, or as I like to call it True Earth energy was birthed and finding ways of expressing itself in a more potent way. if you were a healer or other kind of sensitive you would have been able to access this energy if you had attuned to it and now increasingly more and more people can access it. The energy is yet to get stronger, so even if you haven't yet consciously experienced the new frequencies, don't worry as it will happen, it is you that needs to make a shift but more on that later.

With all the energy complete for this phase, the real hard work begins. Last year people including my self spoke of the new paradigm, New Earth being here now. This is true it is, but only in energy. Heaven and Earth have converged. This is all about an ending of duality and separation, because we are all connected through being of the same source, of love and of light. With energetic changes completed for now, it has left many light workers confused and dare we mention it, feeling slightly cheated. What has exactly changed? How is your life different? Do you feel abundant? Do you feel like you are fulfilling your soul purpose and living as your True Self, or are you simply making do. Thinking that perhaps this isn't the life where you get to have it all, where all your dreams come true.

Firstly I want to say it is the life when you can have it all.

Secondly it is okay to feel as I described. It is perfect and let me tell you why. Without this awareness you will not realise that you are being given an amazing opportunity from the universe, your soul and your Divine Helpers. You are being shown that there is this disconnection from what you know is possible and what is really going on for you. You are when you are experiencing the energy highs being invited to live your life in that higher state at all times, not just when you meditate, go to a workshop, read an inspirational book. You are being invited to be authentic to your soul at all times.

The reason you can understand that there is this increasing disconnection from your inner and outer life is because you have the potential to bridge that gap. You have the power, the capability and the inner resource, a gift of being a conscious creator extraordinaire. There is no accident that you have chosen a path of spiritual and heart awakening, no mistake that you understand the energetic changes and deep down you know in some way you have already played an instrumental role in being part of the massive energetic planetary shift.

But the tables have turned now and we must manifest the changes in the material world. It is time to stop hiding in the celestial realms and in your heart and mind and it is time to be brave and make the changes in your life right NOW. This is your BIG Invitation from the universe, you are being asked to step up and join the spiritual and material revolution that is taking place. The convergence of Spirit and Matter is the true manifestation of Heaven on Earth. You are being invited and you are one of the ones who can hear the invite as this invitation goes out to everybody at all times. There are still many who are yet to wake up the the fact that they have a soul, a Divine Mission and that they are here to consciously create a change for good. The ones who respond first are the ones who are here to show others the way, the True Earth Leaders as I see them. Are you a leader or a follower?

In this invitation there is no promise of anything other than anything you desire to create. You choose how you join this party, you choose how you feel, what you do, hey even what you wear too ;-).

I know it can be hard to admit even to yourself that your outer life isn't how you dreamed it would be, it isn't quite how you expected. The cynic would say, 'that's life.' I say, 'what can you do to change it and align your outer life to your inner life, what do you need to do to live your dream and fulfill your potential and some?' What is happening is that Light workers are being asked to being their light into play in a different way, a way that many souls have not experienced. But never before have we experienced such amazing energy and opportunity for planetary evolution like now. The energy of sacrifice has gone, and the energy of bliss gets stronger.

In this year of great promise if you do not step up, it is fine because you have that free will and choice but you will be delaying getting your message out to the world. You will be delaying the abundance, in fact you will be delaying and denying your Divine Inheritance. It doesn't go away or expire it just waits for you to step up.

You have awareness....and now it is time for action. For each person who steps up there are many who follow. The spiritual revolution that is occurring can gather more momentum when you are on board. Stop hiding, stop wishing and dreaming and take action today. It really can be easy if you let it.

Dear Beloveds,

It is I the celestial heart, the beating of the Divine heart and the source of Divine Love. It is

love that flows through my being; it is the sound of love that my heart makes with each beat.

What is the sound that your heart makes, what is the message that your heart sends to each other and to the universe and galaxies beyond?

This is your unique signature, the mystery of your soul. It is your foundation, the core essence of who you are. It is not a thing that you can manufacture or create it is just who you are in truth and in Divine quality. It contains within it your Divine Colour, your Divine sound combined together to create your Divine Flow. I am love, I am the heart that sounds love through the universes and through the galaxies far and beyond. I am the gateway to Divine Love. I love in essence and love in being.

To go deep deep into your soul, to the reservoir of your Divinity that is the invitation of the energy now. This is done through stillness and deep meditation. Going deeper and deeper into whom that you be, clearing the debris of what is not truth and getting to the place where you can discover the truth of you. Connecting and understanding your soul’s template is a gift of the energy of now. It will provide you with answers to what you have been searching for and take you to a new depth in understanding your connection to all that is. It is in answer to your search for meaning and for greater understanding. It is in response to your need to go deeper into your soul and to express this in reality in the life that you lead and create.

Think of yourself and each other as a frequency within a frequency. Like a note within an octave, each has a place and each when heard together and in pitch create a harmony that pleases and that creates an experience far greater than the experience of the individual note. See yourself as being part of an octave, a family of souls, a gathering, and a tribe.

Within my essence of love, there are so many manifestations and expressions and at each needed level there is a soul tribe, there is this octave. The question that you have been asking is how can you tune and be in harmony. The journey requires the depth of wisdom that your soul can reveal.

If you can answer YES to even one of the questions above then the universe has sent you THE INVITATION.

What is The Invitation?

The Invitation is a magical thing, it is the universe calling you and giving you the clue that there is more to your life. The universe is inviting you to connect to your Bliss Centre, the place from where you create your own Heaven on Earth and the place from where you make the BIGGEST contribution to the shift in consciousness. Where you contribute to creating True Earth.

The thing is you are not wrong to feel any of the things above, there is no judgment in them they are simply The Invitation to step up and claim your blissful life. And YES, there is something far more blissful, far more aligned to your True Self. It is waiting for you to connect to it and then get on with living the life that you dream of.

Let's face it most people on a path of awakening start to get little impulses and nudges to do something different. To change how we think, act, feel and to change the values and beliefs we may have or at least review everything so that we are conscious in what we do and not asleep while living. These impulses come and go and mostly we ignore them. The impulse is a vibration from the universe to your soul, inviting you saying 'wake up, I am waiting to serve you and show you how you can do what you love to do. Your journey to bliss is lit up and waiting for you to step onto it...'

We ignore this inner call, we stifle the yearning and make ourselves busy busy doing the opposite and then we start to feel some of the things I have described above.

Sometimes we look at The Invitation and nearly say yes and then forget about it again. The stop start life as I call it, yes , no - the duality principle a remnant of the old paradigm.

Then you have what I call 'tinkering around the edges,' we think we are doing something but we are still delaying and denying the full extent of The Invitation. Unconsciously or consciously we think we can trick our soul and the universe by appearing to do something. We may go on a course, we may take on a new pursuit but our heart isn't in it totally and we are not aligned to the action wholly, no idea why we are really doing it and no idea what benefit or purpose it has because we haven't fully embraced and responded to The Invitation. This is perfectly normal, this is fear.

Stepping out from the ordinary to the extraordinary and then to the exceptional is scary. I call it terror in fact. The truth is from terror comes success. When we stop burying our head in the sand and face the terror what happens is success. The fear that once froze you rapidly becomes your greatest moment of growth. The nuggets in what we believe to be reasons why not and that make us scared to embrace our Divine Mission are just moments of growth that we put in the way so that we could take BIG LEAPS. We all want to make BIG and QUICK progress from time to time and the planet needs us to also.

Eventually this impulse turns into a constant hum. The call of The Invitation gets louder and stronger. This is when people talk of their spiritual crisis where things start to go wrong. How many people have recently been made redundant. Maybe you have. It is easy to say it is the recession but the truth is this is all part of The Invitation. Yes, that's right The Invitation's gone global. The Invitation doesn't discriminate and only pick people who have been on a path of spiritual development it picks everyone at all times, but only a few feel it or respond to it. Most ignore it, avoid it and block it out. The Invitation is never revoked it is always there waiting for you patiently and sometimes with urgency especially when you are an old soul who has a important purpose and contribution to make. And boy, there are many of us out there and even old souls can forget who their truth and become stuck in a rut.

Do you know how many people who have been made redundant go on to totally change the direction of their career and start doing what they truly love? More than you can imagine.

Can you not see how what is happening in the world at the moment is all part of the energy of The Invitation? Redundancy is just one way, for many it remains this impulse and things that you have answered above start to happen. From anything only good can come but we forget this as things start to happen. Maybe our health suffers, our relationships too and other things that make us feel like we are stuck in life. We start to forget the dream because that may or may not come later and in any case we have no idea how to go about it. If the universe was really serious it would make it easier, surely? Well how much easier do you want it?

The universe has sent you The Invitation and you are not responding wholly or at all.

You see I believe in you, I believe in the greatness that you are and in the contribution that you can make. You can make a difference in the world that is why you are here. That is why we are all here now. This isn't a grandiose idea it is simply the truth. You are being invited to have the life that you want, that you desire where you do the things you love. Where you are claiming your birthright of bliss and your Divine Mission. How this manifests will be your unique signature. Your unique expression. It will not be the same way as me, or as anyone else because the need is for your expression of your gifts to be shared in the world. You are here to do the work of your own soul and there is no competition for that. Your soul has the capacity to make this the best life ever. Doesn't mean yo don't have ups and downs but you have stronger will and more access to your Divine Powers to move through 'stuff,' and not wander off your path to bliss.

The Invitation is yours to join this Spiritual Revolution. Many have stepped up and started the party and are simply waiting for you to join in too. Once you do you will find you have all that you need, the support, the openings, the opportunities, the love, the money and the bliss. You have to accept first and then do all it takes to get there. It is not a mystery just a path of action, doing what you love.

Like any Invitation you need to take action, you need to respond. You need to ask the Universe what do I need to do, how do I get to the party, what are my steps? The answers will come immediately to your soul. Then you need to let the process unfold. I can't promise you won't feel scared because the truth is you will but what I do promise is that you will move through those fears if you trust your process and do all it takes and seek the help and support of others, invest energy, time and resource to get to this Spiritual Party. No-one else can do it for you or make it happen for you but people can support you, teach you, guide you, mentor you help you read and decipher the codes and language of your soul. People can help you stay on your path to bliss. Of course you could ignore the angels the universe has sent you, you could ignore the inspiration and do the opposite or not ask for the right help. These will be choices that you make and every thought, action and choice you make has an impact on your life. You decide what you are experiencing and The Invitation, gives you the chance to do this more consciously.

This is not an individual Invitation for self enlightenment or ascension. This is The Invitation to connect because that is what we are: connected. We are part of the whole and each person is needed to bring their gifts to this Spiritual Party because no-one else can offer what you have and without you there will be an empty space. Without you others may not hear their call because what we do will inspire others, more than you can imagine. The energy when someone accepts The Invitation resonates thorough the ethers supporting others, encouraging them to awaken and say 'YES, I AM COMING TO THE PARTY TOO!'

There will always be space for you at the Spiritual Party. While you process this information and think about The Invitation know that there are so many of us waiting to welcome you. The Universe has laid on some special treats so the call to hurry up is not because time is running out it is just that you will not look back once you respond and trust.

The energy work continues but the power is in anchoring this in our material reality. Don't hide behind the energy work while the rest of your life appears in congruent. The Invitation is to transform your life and with it will come the Spiritual Connections, your Divine Flow all the Spiritual Success you desire but with it will come the Material Success to. The Invitation is to create your Heaven on Earth and merge the spiritual and material realities into one. Put the spiritual back into the material and put the material back into the spiritual.

Time to stop talking about it and thinking about it, time to RSVP and get moving.

Cosmic Bugle 24th March 2010

This is where I share with you what is going on energetically. This is based on my intuitive hits, experience and information from the celestial ones. Just a top up to the monthly channelings so you can keep abreast of what is going on cosmically and how and why you might be feeling the way you are....

There has been a buzz amongst many people that the recent Equinox marked a turning point for the energy of 2010. Equinox and Solstice energy always marks something of significant so you could say no surprise that there has been focus on this time. However this being the case and the fact that there is much going on cosmically, I have tuned into get some insights for you.

You will have read from my recent Sarupa’s Space posts that I have been feeling like the energy although very supportive and conducive to conscious creative expression there has been a shift recently.

This shift has been happening at many levels and of course affects people differently because we are unique and at different evolutionary points I am being reminded to share. 2010 continues to have the promise of being the best year yet for many of us and is the year where the seeds for 2012 onwards are sown. A spiritual leap year in that it is the year for BIG change and not small steps.

What has recently been marked is a first wave, a first step, the first part of the leap energetically. It has resulted in a light feeling of things coming to a head and even old stuff popping up just to dismay us and make us think nothing has changed, I haven’t made any progress. If you have felt this or still are stop – that was just the energy shifting into its new phase. I will call it phase 2 but note that phase 1 had many different phases contained within it as this phase 2 will. The old stuff creeping back was just an echo of what had been because it has been so recent in most cases. The shift into phase 2 which had to be coincided with the Equinox, veils are thin and more of us engage in Light Activity which always helps these transitions, is a bit clunky. Think of it like the energy is playing tag, handing a baton to the next bit so in the switch there is a moment, such a small moment where the baton is slightly in the air, neither here or neither there. It is when this nano second occurred that it created a small but noticeable level of angst and discombobulation but those of you who have been doing your spiritual homework will have found it easy to get back on that spiritual surfboard and get going. If you haven’t then you need to do something about it, not because anything bad happens but why miss out on what is energetically the a year above all others. A year where you get to set the tone and expression of the rest of your life?

What is the energy now telling us? Well what I have been experiencing is almost like I am waiting for the BIG event. ‘Something is going to happen,’ type of energy, anticipation of something good. I do not think anything is, we are not going to see armies of angels descend and revolutionise how the world, because of course those angels are you. Who else did you think it would be? The anticipation I am connecting to is that the energy is blending more and more and able to express itself even more incredibly so the opportunities for self growth and contribution to the shift in consciousness are really out there for the takers. I say takers because I am constantly in my own life and through my intuitive hits and cosmic connections being reminded, ‘you were part of the dream, you had a role and now it is up to you to fulfil it. No-one else can do what you are here to do.’ This is true now more then it has ever been because everything is in such a delicate growing phase, think of it like a new seedling making its first shoots, strong but delicate, full of promise but vulnerable….it needs support, nurturing and protection. The mirror of this is of course you too are a new seedling in the new energy needing your own support, nurturing and protection to. Then and only then can you grow to your potential and beyond. Nothing is defined unless you decide it is. That is one of the many gifts of this new phase that we find ourselves in, it is all still hinging on conscious creation and waiting for us to step up. The more we do the more power the planetary shift has, the stronger the True (new) Earth energy can become. It is truly symbiotic and multi, multi dimensional as of course the reverse is also true, the stronger the energy gets the more the power the planetary shift has and more will wake up to their own spirituality and spiritual power. Take this start of phase 2 to work out which side of the mirror you are on, neither is bad or good as there is no judgment but it is your inner calling that will guide you. If you are in the mirror that is being encouraged to step up then maybe it is time to. Don’t stress as the energy is going to support you.

A collection of energy coming together that beats a pulse of love through the Cosmic Heart.

It is I who speaks at this time. For so long now we have been associated with the energy of love, from the cosmic sublime and divine to the romantic and joyous. It was thought that the love angels originated from me heart and that dear ones is true. But it is not a lesson in angels that I am here to give or to share about.

It is about what is occurring for you in your world right now. For my collective being is being connected to your earthly grid, and connecting with the Mother Earth frequency as there is a union occurring that has been unfolding for sometimes. It is what has been creating the new earth energy, the new frequencies which have encouraged and made possible many new connections and many new cosmic occurrences. It is that these new frequencies are travelling from a far allowing new and renewed connections to be formed, imagine it like a legion of angels, of cosmic beings, of masters of light and other assistants traversing down the beams of light that are breaking from the earth’s heart to me and from me to the earth heart. It is such a glorious sight to see and be witness to.

So it has been 3 months of this earthly year and much has been put into place. I assure you that everything is working to timetable, because you need to know and need to hear that there is nothing out of place and or as it shouldn’t be from a Divine perspective. The journey has been forging forward and it has been a powerful start to what you call so lovingly New Earth. I speak with the authority that is bestowed upon me, I speak with knowledge that you cannot yet see.

I come because I can and because I am here to reassure and guide you. There is enough of the new earth connection and energy for it to gather a momentum of its own. So if you have been feeling like you are steering a ship in high seas it is because that has what the Earth has been experiencing. She has been rebalancing, harmonising, adjusting. It has been a delicate operation that has been overseen by many including myself. You see the planet cannot topple or tipple, the balance has to be observed and maintained at all times. Even the tiniest imbalance, a fleck of dust be it even a cosmic fleck would not do. It is harmony above all other things.

The harmony became possible when the Earth had her heart opened, when her Golden Angels reappeared, when her grid lines were reconnected. A process many of you observed and participated in over the years that have been.

This dear ones has made my connection possible, because yes, I am the voice of the Celestial Heart. I am the energy of pure Divine Love, as Mother Earth is the energy of earth. I am here part as a collective to bring forth teaching and to act as overseer of planetary growth. You see heaven and earth have collided in the most beautiful way, there is no separation. The energy is set to expand and continue to unfold while enveloping each one of you that steps up. There is no question about that, no doubt in the frequency around you.

The struggle is over and that illusion has gone and that is my first teaching to you. Hear the words of joy dear ones, the time that you have been searching for over lifetimes, and most within this, has come. There are no caveats to this, no ifs and no musts. There are simply choices that only you can make, decisions that you can move into or move away from. It is a question of placing trust in the process, trust in your own feeling and sense of direction.

You see there are many more streams of energy that are going to be revealed each being an attunement of the Earth Mother, requiring the same focus on maintaining her harmony.

The time you see of the Earth Mother reflecting your action has evolved, she has become her own. She has been given the life that was hers as she has done her service and now it is time for her growth.

So how about you, what are you to do? We can hear that question over and over ringing through your being. Open your heart and then open your heart again. The disconnect from the heart to the lower energy centres has been repaired in the Earth Mother and you can experience the same. You see she can now lead you as a Mother would.

Simple ways are to create with love and for love. Do not create for fame, for money, for other accolade; create for love and with love. If you are not feeling the energy of love in all that you do, stop and make your adjustment and rebalance the activity to be in the name of love. Love you see has stood the test of time; it has not faltered or been hidden or forgotten. Misunderstood, yes. But the heart centre is where it is at; this is where you hold the keys to your own ascension and transformation. This is the path of bliss, the journey to love your gateway to your own heavenly transformation.

Love was the question and love was the answer. This is our mantra we share with you. When you feel lost, without direction, without purpose, when you are questioning your way forward, know that you were asking about love and the answer was love.

Here we have our first conscious connection and it has been an honour to love you at this time. There are beautiful occurrences on their way, being created like puffs of smoke mixed with cosmic infusions. Yes, it is the language of love, of mystery, of excitement, play, of freedom, liberation, joy and bliss that you walk towards.

This is the time of your heart initiation, the time for a remembrance of love and of the truth of you be. This is the time that the True Self can make a significant stride forward. Divine energy is abundant; your assistance is here open your heart and follow the path of love as it leads you to your growth. Uncharted territory, undiscovered joy, it is an adventure, the story of you.

Clear mind, clear heart, clear path, be that your motto until the next time we connect. I am the energy of love, the cosmic gateway to Divine Love; I bring together the flames of Divinity, the Mother and the Father, Mary and Jeshua, the feminine and male, all in the name of love and in memory of you.

Your life Your Flow - Article

I would like to start this with a little story. Four years ago before I went to Hawaii, I was following a pattern. I had done various metaphysical training and was continuing to run workshops and see clients. I loved it and still do. My workshops would sometimes be full, half full or empty. It was frustrating because I was doing what I thought I was being guided to do. But, like I said I was following a pattern and sadly it wasn't my own pattern.

In 2006 I visited Hawaii to swim with dolphins – profound as that was in itself – I also went through a great personal transformation. What I found was that I was bored with what I was pursuing, it wasn't really connecting me to the truth of who I was. I was following a pattern set by others. I was fitting into an expectation that I thought existed. In the following 2 years I changed everything. How I work to how I eat to who I spend time with, what I watch on television, you name it I reviewed and changed it where necessary. I become more aware of my own personal needs and my own personal desire. Not something that I read in a book, or saw someone else do. I decided after Hawaii to live as I know to be true for me. It wasn't always easy as it meant and still does stepping out of the safety of what is seen as the norm. Even in spiritual circles there is a 'norm,' it is part of the human condition to want to follow it makes us feel safe but sadly it stops us actually living with authenticity and doing what we are really here to do which is live in bliss, with passion, joy and love. Living like this and the truth is, it comes natural sometimes and sometimes I have to be very conscious about what I am choosing to do, has made me more available to do what I love. The great twist is that I am doing what I love and I am doing it my way – I am living my truth and doing the work of my soul! I am following my own path not trying to keep up following someone else! Of course I am inspired by others but I cannot copy what they do as they are not me!

It is a hard thing to do – as I often think ‘hmmm if I do this, it will bring me more money...or...it is the safe option….’ Deep down I know it will not bring me joy and it will not bring me closer to my dream and vision for my life. Ask yourself how many times have you made a decision because it seemed like the right thing to do even though your gut instinct, your inner wise being was urging you to follow a different path of action?It is such a brave step when you decide to live and act in alignment to who you are truly are. Living in alignment sometimes can mean that you appear to fall flat on your backside, but when you know you are in 'own flow' you realise that you haven't actually fallen you have made a great stride forward, because each action is bringing you closer to your 'True Self,' and each action is allowing you to reveal this out to the world in a much stronger way.

In 2007, for those of you who have been subscribing for a while may remember the '30-day to raw programme I had joined.' This was an in-depth programme where I went from 'non-raw' eater to 'raw food eater' in 30 days. It wasn't just about the food as you can imagine. For the first time I learned so much about my eating patterns and discovered that I was eating to a clock rather than to my bodies needs. Sounds silly but I ate because it was time to eat rather than because I was hungry. Just making that small adjustment meant I ate less and I ate when I was hungry and my body was ready to accept, digest, nourish and I started the food I was taking in. I cannot tell you how liberating it was to eat when hungry! This may seem obvious to you, or insignificant even but the lesson here is why follow a pattern that isn't your own? Why follow a pattern that doesn't serve you? In doing so all it creates in your life are blocks, challenges that prevent you from fully expressing your and living your Divine Mission. It keeps you feeling, half empty rather than half full.

As I started to embrace my own flow, my own truth in such a 'big' way, I found myself slipping in to guilt. Well and spiritual and life transformation is going to require that you shed patterns and behaviours that do not serve you and guilt is just one of those energies that needs to be released. I start thinking about things I should be doing that I am not, the things others around me were expecting. These 'others' were family, friends, and colleagues. In retrospect it was as much about them needing to get into their own flow as it was that they were present in my life and many still are to remind me to keep my eye on my flow, not the flow of others. But nonetheless the guilt, the procrastination cropped up (and it still can, I am human and on a journey of growth like you), and what I discovered what the main cause of this is 'self-judgment.' When you start to judge yourself, you are no longer acting in truth, you have slipped in to misalignment and confusion. You move away from the your 'own truth.'

Since working more in alignment to my 'own personal flow,' 2 hours of work can produce the same has a 10 hour day. It is almost like time bends and magic happens. This occurs when you are in total alignment and listening to your body, your soul, your spirit, your emotions and your mind. All these things are guiding you at all times, advising you, giving you answers, different options etc. and most of the time we are to oblivious to notice! When you live by your own truth taking what appear to be risks, with money, choices etc remember that it only appears risky to others. If you feel like you are taking risks I would say you are plugging into the energy others are projecting towards you, their own fears mirroring your fear. When you are in flow, you wouldn't do anything that wasn't 100% perfect for you. Think about it when you are 'in flow' you can only choose what is right, when you are not in flow you can make decisions based on emotion, judgment, fear and all sorts of things that make you believe life is risky, difficult and generally not easy....this is not the truth. The truth is life is easy, it has a wonderful flow, imagine it like floating downstream on a gentle river, no force needs to be applied, you simply have to show up and be there and when you see a slight twist or turn you position yourself to float through that too.

The magic that occurs when you are in your own flow is amazing. By being in your flow you are not sacrificing anything, being selfish, self-indulgent, irresponsible or any of those other things that you can believe. You are the master of your life and destiny and until you start to understand ‘you better’ you will not connect to your awesome power or gifts easily.

When I first embarked on this was of living, I felt new, it was like a rebirth and such a relief. I could do it my way, I could get to the truth and into the depth of what is right for me. While it continues to be a journey of self discovery, enlightenment and even ascension a process of refining and greater alignment with the 'truth,' I really wouldn't have it any other way.

I know you can experience this too, in fact I am going to be as bold as saying that I know you ache to feel this flow, to first connect to it, uncover it and then live in it. …. As my gift to you this month I have a special cosmic challenge (see below this article) for you so that you can start to get to know yourself better.

Think of this process as a way of getting to know you better, a way that enables you to transform your life and live in bliss.

Things have been quite busy and creative recently. I say creative because when I haven't been doing I have been feeling really heavy and weighed down.It has felt like the energy is a very potent and the only way to not feel consumed is to be kept busy. What I have experienced is not busy for the sake of it either as doing the wrong thing, you know just for the sake of it is as good as doing nothing at the moment. It is all part of the energy of sowing the right seeds, as that is what 2010 is about. A foundation year for the rest of your life and once you have made a commitment energetically the energy just steps up to hold you to account.

And talking of being held to account I have started my own planning for what support I will need from April onwards. In some strange way it feels like April is going to be a start of a new year. It has that feeling about it. Of course in the UK it is when the financial year starts but it is more than that, a new phase no doubt of this wonderful New (True) Earth energy. I have just put dates until the end of the year for my own coaching sessions because I am clear what I want to achieve and what support I need to have (and want to have) in place. This is year is fast becoming a year of creativity and collaboration. Increasingly you realise that none of it can be done alone, being human is about coming together, sharing, blending and exchanging energy. Simple ideas of collectiveness, with massive implications for evolution me thinks.

Well on that note, I shall end today, a quick update to say yes, I am still working towards this being my best year so far and I have to say I feel very satisfied that I am doing all I can to make it so, I hope you are too...

In my world something quite remarkable has been happening and it feels like time has speeded up. The last few weekends I have the pleasure of having massages and some real time out. One thing I have noticed since this 3 weekend in a row experience is that my work life balance has really kicked in.

I have become more mindful of the 'me time, ' and the needs for rest, nurture and play.' This is not something I would say I had out of balance but I am just feeling the push to continually raise my game. I have had to think about my passion, my mission in life which is service and simply put is showing, teaching and guiding people to know that enlightenment is now..and that in life YOU ARE IT! Because of this mission and passion I have, my essence it can sometimes be easy to forget to serves oneself, a classic service lesson to overcome.

As the energy is getting more and more potent everyday, upping my game in how I live my life and what I do remains an on-going journey. All good as I seem to see time speeding by on one hand and having all the time to fit just about everything in.

This week if you follow me on Facebook (click on the link on the left to become a friend!, you will have noticed that I have had a bit of a lunar week. A full moon on Monday followed by the most amazing (and still very large) red moon. It was almost indescribable and me being me meant I had to tune in to see what was happening. It was the energy of creativity that was beaming across the planet and merging with New (True) Earth energy that is impacting so beautifully on the planet right now. Admittedly, by Wednesday I was a little 'mooned out, ' and feeling emotional...well the moon is water energy after all. I often get like that after such powerful energy waves and light showers, just one of my things ;-)

Cosmic Bugle - 22nd February 2010

Hello there... a later than anticipated 'Cosmic Bugle, ' but read on to find out why.

There has been a lot of power in the energy recently. Almost like 'I think therefore, I act.' (not am as that is way too passive!). The desire and intention that many of us have had for the energy to be more forgiving, kind, supportive rather than the discombobulation we have seen in the last few years is really here.

It is not gentle, but it is not traumatic either. The images I have been shown today have been like steps going higher and higher, and the thing is what you want, where you want to be, your next step up so to speak is within your reach. And what I am finding in my life as well as those I am supporting in my work is that they are making big leaps forward. This really is a year of creation and opening after all.

The energy at the moment is specifically related to old and even ancient gifts and aspects of your True Self. Aspects of your True Self that have been dormant, not forgotten or lost, just waiting for that right time to birth. This is it folks, this is the time to access your inner, profound, and Divine gifts. Just wanting it is not enough, it is time to do something about it. When I connect to energy in the way I do, I often find this and for me it can result in a sense of urgency. I have had to learn to curb that, as there is no urgency other than the one you create for yourself. But what I have instead at the moment is a great sense of relief and excitement because the energy is promising boundless results in all areas of ones existence.

The small caveat to share here is that the energy is strong, it is powerful and can feel consuming, so plenty of rest is necessary and hence why you should not see this cosmic bugle as a need to create urgency. This energy is here to stay all year, it is in a peak point at the moment but it will return. Yes, you have to claim it but do it wisely and take the right action, otherwise what you desire in your life and desire to create will not benefit from the creative True Earth energies that are around.

Perhaps then the key is balance between: rest, nurture, grow, create and taking action. Equal portions of your time in all these areas will pay you great dividends. Remember the saying too much work made someone a dull boy while on the other hand inertia will not give you the life of your dreams either. My final quote for this cosmic bugle is an old Chinese saying:

'Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still'

What a day it has been today. I am working on a new **sshhh** project, my biggest ever which had a deadline (well 3 today) and of course my book. So I was calmly juggling balls in the air so to speak today. Having achieved what I set out to, I felt great. I knew it was because I was being efficient with my time and had made a plan. Making a plan is like setting an intention, making it so energetically.

I also finished the last bonus class for the New Earth, New Year, New You programme this week. A lot of what we were talking about was manifestation. It is a hot topic for this year. Energetically speaking this is the year you can manifest the rest of your life. By that I mean it is the year to have life transformation like you have never had before. No pain, no trauma, unless you want it of course. I choose pure blissful transformation myself.

Choosing it isn't enough of course I have to do something about it. The taking action part. What I have been focusing on other than my two BIG projects (my book, and my new **sshhh** , go on I will tell your BIG SPIRITUAL LEAP programme...but that is all I will tell you for now!) is raising standards.

It has been something that has been lurking around for a while, and don't get me wrong just because I want to raise them doesn't mean there is a problem, it is just I want to get more in alignment. There is always room for improvement after all. It has been slowly happening, because I have a habit of simply wishing something or having it as a passing thought and the universe makes it so and I go for it, sometimes with caution and sometimes with gusto, often with a combination of both!

A funny thing then happened, where the universe decides it is time to get you to speed up because there is something else on your horizon it wants to reveal to you and this is where I find that you get the signs and symbols. I found myself reading someones eZine where they were talking about raising standards, and someone else's Facebook update talked about this too. It is then I have to go, 'okay, I get it universe I will get a move on.'

I am sure your mind must be working over time thinking about what standards I am raising. Nothing to do with morals in that sense I assure you ;-)

The standards I have been raising are about my alignment with my Divine Mission (my collection of Life Purposes, and you have a mission too!)

I have re-evaluated how I am living my life, particularly my spare time. Is it in alignment? I will tell you sometimes I found it wasn't because I could get sucked into watching TV and delaying my writing for example. No you may say, 'Chill Out, Sarupa,' and you could be right in another situation but not in this one.

The raising of ones own standard is down to what feels right to you and your Divine Mission. I knew some of my TV viewing, which I have to say is very small anyway was just an excuse to take time out, put something off. Not a good energy or alignment. It was in assessing and acknowledging this that I can then change it....and of course I can still choose to watch TV but with a little more conscious awareness. I know what I choose and that is the things that I am deeply passionate about and sorry TV mostly falls outside of this category!

Other areas I have been raising my standards in, i.e upping my game, in how and what I eat. I am not necessarily a bad eater, but like most of us I could eat better.

Within this, I have been looking at what I think, how I react, what I say no to, who I say no to and those kind of things. I have looked at all of these things before but when you want to get to that place where you are reaching for , you next BIG SPIRITUAL LEAP, you do need to look inwards, tidy up, tighten or loosen those boundaries, reassess a number of things as part of the preparation.

Coming back to this year, the year of transformation you didn't think possible, the type you dream of...well it is for most, if not all going to be a BIG LEAP across all parts of their lives. I guess all this raising of my standards is a precursor to my BIG SPIRITUAL LEAP, and know more watch this space!

I would like to challenge you to find at least one area of your like where you can raise your standard, up your game. Maybe it is like me to not turn to the TV as an avoidance tactic for fulfilling your Divine Mission, perhaps it is around developing a more regular spiritual practise and not thinking about it? Maybe it is something even bigger like trusting that the universe does provide and unplugging from the poverty consciousness...?

February Channelling - Chief Seattle

Welcome, I am Chief Seattle the Guardian of the Ascended Light of Consciousness. It is with great joy that we speak with you at this time.

The energy has been changing, it has been expanding. Ray of light upon ray of light. It may seem subtle to you and it may seem indifferent. But we can see the energy as it blends with yours. We can see the potential that stand ahead of you now. Everything occurs first in energy, even the thought in your mind which vibrates differently to the words that you speak were both born from energy first. There was energetic birthing, a wave of frequency from your creative spark out into the universe where the energy was birthed and attracted to it the right universal presence for manifestation into your physical world.

It is the spark that we are speaking of. The creative spark, your connection to the Divine, the higher frequencies is much stronger, clearer and defined. It is this foundation that is unfolding at this time, the energy of creation, the codes of your rebirth into more co-operative living, more community consciousness.

The frequency of creation is that of heaven and earth, of light and dark, of spiritual and physical, tangible and non tangible. It has no separation, it has no limit, no boundary no restriction, just power, peace, joy, love, freedom to name but a few of the qualities that are being boosted in this cycle that you are experiencing.

The momentum continues, the pace is steady and the time for your conscious and bolder connection to the energy of creation draws near. It is time for what the universe has been holding and magnetising to manifest in your reality, to have more physical presence. It becomes self fulfilling, that as you consciously connect to the energy of creation and act in co-operation and with love for your community that this becomes so.

Creation frequencies are powerful, malleable and adaptable. They do not interfere with your free will, they do not impose but the energy is ready, it is ripe and waiting for you. It is as if it has a will of its own when we explain in this way, but creation is a form of service. To create is to serve and to create with love is the highest service that you can do at this time.

To connect to this frequency, to blend with conscious awareness will be a profound experience for your soul. A remembrance of the promise made. A connection to your true path as a beacon of light, a warrior of truth, a messenger of change can be revealed and found when you connect to what is unfolding. The changes are driven by the desire in your heart. If you question the point and reason then I offer to you the simplest of questions.

What is it that you desire for you, your community, your country, your planet? What is that you have dreamt and carried in your soul for lifetimes?

Your confusion is just a sign of change; your disillusion is simply your incentive to step up into the light, for that is what you have desired for so long. The light has no confusion the growth has no ulterior motive, it is simply that now is your opportunity to connect to frequencies of light never experienced. It is your opportunity to allow these frequencies to become part of you and integrate with what you do and how you express your Divinity in the world. The illusion lies in the resistance to change, the fear that this may not be so. Break free from the shackles that hold you in this space and we invite you to connect to the energy of creation, allow it to blend more deeply with your soul energy, you I AM presence and begin to manifest a higher vibration in all you do.

We invite you and encourage you to sit and ask your celestial angels and masters to surround you. Invite the pyramid of the ascended light of consciousness to be placed over you. Breathe into this space. Feeling the energy centres opening and merging with the Ascended Light pyramid. Blending and becoming one as the codes within are activating your soul’s seeds of creation. Here the hum that the seeds create, experience the vibration within you becoming stronger and more refined. Feel the expansiveness, breathing in and out light, bliss, pure joy, love, peace, freedom and beauty.

Allow the crown to open and magnetising to you at this time is a stream of energy, the energy of creation. Pouring into you, every part of your being replenished by this frequency; healed and activated. Waves of energy pulsating rhythmically through you connect you to the energy of now and from your feet moving to the heart of the Mother of Creation, the Divine Feminine. This sweet one is your gift of anchoring the energy to the planet, from where the physical manifestation can occur and for you the gift is the gift of creation. The seeds are now within you, the codes unlocked, the space filled with creation. What occurs is up to you.

This is a story in creation, we guide and direct you but the action is yours to take. Our intention and desire is that of your highest intention and desire. Peace, love, joy, abundance, and bliss it is all within your reach. Know that each intention is amplified so nurture that which you will desire to claim.

When you are feeling a complete connection your celestial guides and angels will part and now for you the work begins in manifesting your new way. You hold the keys to creation.

Well my space over the last couple of weeks has been extremely busy and so productive. I feel like I have been going through a period of growth and adjustment and so many things are dropping in place. These things have been my on-going aha moments.

Just this weekend I was listening to a teleclass on Hand Analysis and updating some of my skills so I can support people who want to uncover the information from their hand prints (and why wouldn't you) and I as ever got my own BIG insight. I realised that my dream, my deepest desire that I know, I never really communicate fully to anyone. I share bits and pieces of it but I keep it a secret mostly. Now, don't get me wrong there is always a need to keep things to oneself, especially when things are brewing and being formulated, as you wouldn't want to be premature about it. However, I realised in keeping the BIG dream in its entirety a secret even from the ones I love was not fueling me or fueling my dream....and what message was I sending out to the Universe? Of course I have rectified this by sharing my dream with someone...and no they didn't laugh...or think I had may be finally gone too far! I have to say I felt so empowered afterward, it was like a power boost. Almost like a big sigh of relief from my True Self as to quote my best phrase for 2010 - claim it or lose it! I claimed my dream even more in sharing it in a bigger way then ever before, making it real and giving it detail and clarity so that someone else could 'get it.'

This may sound really obvious to you, but actually when I see most people's hands you realise that they are probably not even clear on their dream and they are probably communicating the wrong things about it. If it wasn't the case we would all be living our higher purpose 100% of the time.

Everything about enlightening ones life is a constant moment of growth, have said this before and that is just what I have been experiencing this month. An opportunity to re-evaluate, re-focus, re-design, shed, clear and detox. It feels a little scary because I am having to step in to a new way of being, thinking, acting. A place that feels more true for me but the old fears of what will others think, will I fail, creep up but luckily I can unplug from them and turn that fear into excitement and joy...but it doesn't mean I don't feel it and get a small case of self-doubt.

So BIG CHANGE is in the air and in a few days I will update the Cosmic Bugle and share insights about what is going on energetically as it feels really good. I hope you are getting your chance to grow and be challenged to grow too (challenging growth is a good growth, don't see it as anything else!) .

Well, what has been happening in my Space....quite a lot really. I have had a massive journey this week....it all started on Monday when I was working with a coach in America to help me express what I am here to do. I have it all within me but wanted to work through the framing of it with someone. As ever, my M.O. is to resist what I need and I wasn't too in love with this idea on Monday....but as I started the coaching call, it was like WOW, WOW, WOW! I finally consecrated (and it has to be that word!) my True Spirit message, the message of my soul that reflects me and what I am all about....will share soon but at the moment I am just loving it by myself ;-)

That was followed by another coaching session with my business mentor, the amazing Karen Knowler - the Raw Food Coach. Karen gave me one of those gentle kick up the bums, well not literally but the type that you get over the phone. It was one of those messages that was delivered at exactly the right time as it was all about stuff I have been thinking about for a year, and moving at snails pace towards. Lifestyle changes, upping my game and so on. Yes, we all have a bar that we can raise.

This was followed by my writing coach (yes, a week for me to be coached!) giving me the same message, delivered differently but still the same essence. Now what did that tell me, perhaps the Universe was giving me a nudge to tell me I am ready to support you and assist you in manifesting your life's work, so get on with it! Well absolutely, it was loud and clear, how much louder could it get?

As the pattern goes, the next day which was yesterday I crashed emotionally, cannot say why but it happened. Everything just imploded, including me. Today...well I feel a little shaky and I realised I needed to write and as soon as I did the shakiness stopped. I figure the Universe's message is getting louder.

I end this week feeling a little more serious than usual, (thankfully warmer however) and it serves as a remainder that I want to share with you. There is a time and place for fun and meandering along in life, but you know what, if you want to go for something, and by that I mean really want to make waves in the world, if that is what you dream of. Or maybe you want to transform your life beyond current recognition, then you are going to have to get serious about doing it. The plan I made at the start of this New Year has already expired, but that is good I have out grown it already so I am back to the drawing board with that. This weekend I will make a new plan and then the fun can recommence!

If you are finding that you keep hearing certain messages from people around you, just think for a second do you think the Universe is trying to contact you and by Universe I mean Celestial ones, your Guides, your Angels, - the cosmic consciousness of love? Well, you know it is highly likely they are trying to get your attention and say, 'oi...we are waiting, you asked so let's go...' I have said it before and I say it again, this isn't the year to play it small and I have had my short and sharp lesson yesterday, don't do what you know you don't want to. Don't give energy to anything unless it is what you want to grow and nurture, everything else is a distraction from your life path and your true self. Everything else is the illusion. The signs, the little nudges are real. Still time to step up on to the making this the best life ever train, if you want to. I am on it and I can't wait to meet you along the way too...

I am Archangel Metatron, Keeper of the Golden Flame, and the Ascended Light of Humanity. In this time we have come to speak to you about your journey and the experiences that are occurring for so many.

There has been a significant change in the frequency around the planet, there is a lightness as the clearing of dense lower vibrational energy has been on-going for some time. The planetary being has regained a different voice, one that is closer to her true self. The alignment of the Divine Feminine was expedited over the last few years, supporting the balance of divine male and divine female.

All of this comes together now to enable a new era to occur, with vigour and love. The talk of New Earth is no longer the dream or the goal but the energy is now as it always has been. These are indeed unprecedented times in the history of humanity, because the now is ‘true Earth. The talk of New Earth is shifting as there was nothing new in the True Earth, but the energies remained hidden, lost, and inaccessible for eons as humanity needed to make a journey. The collective of you have made enough of a leap towards your own true self and this has helped magnetise the True Earth energies, which in turn have made further opportunities for you to express and be the true you.

This is a form of manifestation, as one begets the other. A beautiful prophecy, once only dreamt of and written about but now being experienced.

The journey to the true you is what this has been all about and it has always been about this. For the true you, the divine blue print that you carry within you is where your real divine plan and mission details exist. Think of the world you are in, where each person is fulfilling their role, their part in the divine story. Lessons learnt, understanding deepened, compassion increased, love unconditional. It is Heaven on Earth that I describe. The grounding complete and now is the time for action.

The call to act has always been constant and now the call to action is louder. Like the drum of a beating heart, listen to your call. Take that time to find the rhythm to your action. Follow that sound. In doing so you are following the path to your true self. Without the true self expression you are not in your full power, you are not in your potential.

This is it, the call is out there for each soul, as it always has been but now these are the part of the frequencies that are being beamed across the planet. This is the year, the year of the true self seed where you start on the next level of the journey. It is happening now, it is happening for all unconsciously, but the call we make here is to those who are consciously connected to the journey of the planet, to the journey of mankind.

The journey is occurring for all regardless of where you may be in the process of spiritual awakening. The birthing of new energy once completed, does not discriminate against who can benefit and who can grow. It is not the number of years, or the dedication of the past, it is always the intention you hold now that matters. What has been, has brought you to where you are, but you know sweet ones, that what occurs is now, what matters is now.

What is the intention you hold for the journey to your true self? What commitment do you bring to this journey? What action do you take to move in each moment closer to your true self?

Yes, indeed setting intentions and visions is a ritual we encourage as many of you have done already as you started this New Year. But we encourage you to take this even further and ask yourself every day for this year, what is my intention for my journey to my true self today? And then make it so. You hold the keys, you hold the power, and you decide to move towards your true self. It rests in your hands now more than ever.

The energy is ripe; it is a year of doorways and gateways. They are aplenty. Waiting for you to choose which one you are stepping through in order to move closer to your true self.

Sweet ones, for now we ask that you find time in each day, to ponder and meditate and ask your true self for guidance and assistance. Invite this presence to shine through; dispersing what blocks it, what has prevented it from being accessed and being you. Shedding the layers and moving through the lessons swiftly. As the energy continues to get stronger and the Ascended Light of Consciousness becomes part of your consciousness it is that time to set in motion the change that you wish to be.

A year of growth as ever but the change you have made is that the growth can be experienced on levels never before experienced. The physical, emotional, mental and spiritual trauma, shattering and discombobulation of the old now shifted. And where you know you are ready to shift and needing to, then make that leap into the true and new energies as in doing so you will awaken to your power, you being the responsible one as you travel to your true self.

It is through your actions, you will lead others. Your actions towards your true self will create a wave of light, a ripple of heaven on earth across the planet. Vibrating and enhancing the call to action for others. So as you often sit and wonder, what you are doing and how you can help others in showing them the way to heaven on earth, now that in being true to your journey and becoming your true self is by far the greatest work you can do. Never think you are not contributing to the change, you are awakened and you are ready for the words we have shared. Your heart, your soul, your desire has called for this now and your power, tenacity, commitment and direction has made it so.

True Earth leads to true you. We embrace you with our love, we guide you with passion, unfaltering joy. This is your time, this is your invitation.

Cosmic Bugle: 7th January 2010

Well this is the first Cosmic Bugle of 2010. And what a start it has been to the year so many of you are going to be able to call the year that changed your life....the year that was the best and all the rest got better.

(This is where I share what I perceive through my own inner guidance and sometimes through my celestial team as to what is happening energetically. Just to help further your insights and let you know that what you may be experiencing is part shared with others and is all part of your own Divine Plan....)

That is how I am feeling already about this year, something feels kind of different about it. More settled. I cannot put my finger on what, because my rational, logical self asks me, 'what exactly has changed?

I still live in the same way and place, I do the same things. And when I start thinking about that I can think about the things I want to and wish to change and wah wah wah. But when I take a breath, it all disappears because what has changed is the energy - the frequency around us. It has become more settled. It has a more constant (and getting louder) hum. Stop and listen out for it. The energy fluxes that we have experienced over the last few years have stabilised, stopped and the new energies that have been streaming are getting stronger. Now my guidance and cosmic contacts tell me that this ain't nothing, just wait for it to get further and further into more people's consciousness and awareness. They know that many of you are still experiencing lows and disappointments, but hang on in there every one is on their own timing. If you feel resistance and bitterness, they suggest you let it go. Easy words, I know, but find an outlet to sort things out because years like this are a gift. Don't let a minute go where you are stuck in old patterns.

One way is to keep calling light to you. Do this through breathing and opening your energy. Simple technique yet extremely important and effective.

We have the next few weeks to get to a place where we wish to be both within ourselves, how we are in our own journey, in terms of our plans and sense of direction towards our true self. What happens next, well nothing bad, more that you will have started to set the energy intentions for the next year. 2010 the best year ever....? Your choice. Remember what you sow now you reap in the years to come.

So, if you feel like celebrating, then go do it and if you don't then go do it as while you are celebrating and honouring who you are you will be letting go of the old self and bringing in the true you....

Energetically there are openings and opportunities at the moment but see them as doors/gateways that you have to move through, they are there for you but they are not going to come and find you. That is not what this year is about. It is about you doing what you know you need to do.

And on that note, I am signing off to get on with some more celebrating...

2010 - New Beginnings

Hello! I can't believe it has been over a month since I last blogged. I was needing to take a little break as things were hotting up in other areas and I believe in balance and letting things go every now and then, but a month! Well, I am back now. Feeling slightly larger than I was last year ;-) - but seeing friends and family and eating (and sometimes drinking) has been a tradition during this Christmas holiday time.

Interestingly for me this year there was a lot of sleeping and not going out too. It surprised me in some way as it goes against my sociable personality. When I tuned in I realised it was just the energy shifts that were taking place and my role in experiencing and carrying the new codes. It helped to know as I was beginning to feel a little sense of guilt, for not doing some of the things that I had hoped to do. Writing, channelling, blogging, it was as if something about the timing wasn't right. I guess I just needed to absorb the new energies and be in this new space!!!

And wow, what a lovely space I am in. It feels like the last few weeks, despite being awesome, magical and busy and very blissfully have also been about being held in statis. Now it feels like a layer, or perhaps a shield has been dissolved and it is not just the year that has changed I have too. It feels like I have been away somewhere for a while and have returned....and as I am even writing those words I get a big celestial smile. And why not? For those working with us n the Celestial Realms there is always a smile when one of their lights back on earth (and we are all their lights) connects to what has been occurring.

Things feel re-newed rather than new, I feel strong and clearer and have a deep sense of direction, but where this direction is taking me is mostly unknown, well the detail is but what I do know is that this is the year that I, like so many of you in your own way get closer to your true self. After all, this is what the journey of life is all about. Becoming the true you, so you can get on with what you are really here to do which for want of a better description is to create heaven on earth!

Well Sarupa's Space recently has been busy and busier. It always seems to me the rush before December kicks in feels more intense but nothing I hope will not pass with the full moon on the 1st! It seems as if in a bid to compensate for long nights, and grey days here in the UK folks seem to busy themselves, almost as if keeping busy means you will not notice what is happening. Knowing this I have stopped to notice what has been happening. ;-)

Since the space clearing, I have had an overwhelming need to keep things shifting and moving and strangely, I have had a mishap on my computer, and emails from 1st June 2006 and 23rd November 2009 in one of my sub folders (my main one) have disappeared. Not in the deleted file, just pif paf poof gone! Unlike the stress I may have felt about it I feel quite okay about it, I had been deleting things that I really didn't need to keep. I am needing to keep this discipline up because I am a bit of a sentimental. It is my thing to be very much in love with all I have and know and in evolving this I am needing to move even faster away from being sentimental. Not quite become ruthless, but sometimes having that ruthless vibe is good. It means you can get things done. And going back to how busy things are (in a good way) I need to be ruthless. Ruthless in what my priorities are, ruthless in what I am going to give my energy and attention to and what I am not. There are so many things I would love to do, love to understand or resolve but I have to keep asking myself are they part of my higher purpose....even if they feel like they are until I ask that question I cannot be sure. More often than not they are not and as we shift into this powerful month of December and the almighty powerful 2010, I need to be 100% clear about what I am giving energy too and what I am nurturing and nourishing on behalf of my soul. (hint: Good idea to check in with your soul so you really are nourishing and nurturing on its behalf!)

All of it makes an interesting observation for me as I realise that I am more powerful than I thought in areas of my life where I thought I had little or no power at all. I describe myself as sentimental which I am, and that often means that things and people can hurt me more than they might hurt others because I internalise everything and think about what I could have done better and so on. I am a firm believer in the fact that in every situation there are no victims, but there are players and we all have a role and all have something to learn and grow from. In growing from this and learning to integrate the energy of being ruthless without becoming so I am finding that I am able to keep moving forward and evolving. Getting more done than I thought was possible without getting sidetracked or without getting stuck.

If this all sounds good to you, know it is good for me too. As I am busy preparing for the New Earth, New Year, New You Retreat and ensuring that the group of people joining me are going to be taken on a powerful journey to make 2010 the best year ever and lay the foundations for 2012 - I need to be able to stay focused. November has been a month of focus and now as we head into December, the heady, mystical and magical month the opportunities are going to be very different! So watch this Sarupa's Space ;-)

The Article - Personal Commitment & Responsibility

Did you know that we are more likely to not break a commitment we make to others than a commitment we make to ourselves? This may be an uncomfortable truth but it is how most of us seem to be wired. We believe that we have to put others first and otherwise we may be seen as selfish and unkind. If you are anything like me, I used to think and sometimes find myself falling back to this, thinking that those who put themselves first appear quite hard and selfish - so we continue to feed the illusion that making and keeping a personal comitment is not important.

Let us look at it another way - every time you make a commitment to yourself and you break it, what message do you think you are sending to the Universe? Are you saying that you matter
? Or are you saying that you do not matter? Personal commitment is a cog in the alignment process and if you really want to start living authentically and become clearer at manifesting and creating your own reality - no 'cog' can be left to spin either out of control or at all. Maybe you are putting everybody else first so it stops you taking any personal blissful steps in your life? This classic scenario of putting others first is simply a delay tactic and a form of self sabotage, as we think it gives a valid and just reason for not living our dream.

There are so many examples I can think of in my own life where I have made a personal commitment and then allowed myself to shove it to the back of a pile or worse still end up on a rubbish (garbage) heap. Commitment to diet, exercise, meditation, things I want to achieve, complete or create. Sometimes I felt bad, but mostly I did not give it a second thought as I believed that doing something for someone else somehow made me a better person - surely the Universe would look more favourably at me as I was altruistic and generous with my time and effort to others.

This is of course not true. What you send out you receive back, so by saying everyone else or everything else is more important than the commitment you make to yourself, you will attract more lack of committment in your life both from others and yourself. A vicious circle. You will find that you attract people who are not prepared to stick to commitments with you whether personally, or business life. The Universe as know will always mirror the beliefs, behaviours and patterns that you nurture. It will not matter how much you wish it to be different, you cannot change your external world until you change your inner world - your inner beliefs, behaviours, patterns, attitudes and such like.

To start changing this pattern to transforming your outer experience, you simply need to start to become aware of your personal commitments and keep them! It reads as if it is simple and it is, but you have to persevere.

A step that I have in my life so I keep my promises to myself is daily (sometimes the evening before) I write down the things I wish to achieve or ensure happen on the day. An example for today was:
1. Write this eZine and send out
2. Not eat cheese (I am needing to clear out my diet BIG time as it is getting in my way!)
3. Work on New Earth, New Year, New You event
4. Meditate
5. Start work on my new project (and it is very exciting but you will have to wait)
I also added treats into my day:
6. Read my book
7. Have a dinner with Michael

This is pretty much my list for today. This may seem very elementary but what this does for me is:
(a) focus me on what I have chosen to achieve/experience and
(b) sets out my intentions for the day to the Universe.

I, like you, have a good thing going with the Universe and I like to be very clear about what I am doing so the Universe can support me, like it does! This may seem like a normal everyday 'To Do' list but the difference is that 'To Do' lists get ignored, handed off to another list. With personal commitment lists like I am suggesting and working with, I deliver on what I have agreed. This is what I wanted to achieve and anything more is a bonus but anything less is not good and results in my checking in with myself. A good check in is to see are you giving yourself treats, the nice things more then you are honouring your other personal commitments? Now, don't get me wrong, I love treats but treats like reading a book, although wonderfully informative and good for my soul are not going to get me to deliver on my life mission on their own. Same as having dinner with my partner Michael, although a soul mate at this point and important in my life, that alone will not make me deliver on my life mission. You need these type of treats in life to get a balance, but you need to commit to to living your life purpose, on purpose too! I'll give you a little secret here, if you find you break most of your commitments to yourself and are always putting things of for one reason or another, it is highly likely you re not living your higher life purpose. Yet, you may well be yearning for a soul mate, money, a different way to creatively express in your life, a way to discover your soul purpose...? Sounds a little familiar? Well, if you are not honouring your commitments towards discovering and living your higher life purpose then it is going to be a long road. No question!

This is why I do my planning and this is why I honour these commitments. It has not always been the case and it is easy to waver and forget, or change plans. Life can be like that sometimes but even since publishing this article first in March 2008, I have learned what power there is in staying committed and raising that self commitment bar, as remember, without you showing up what you are here to do will not be possible.

Some of this is chicken and egg stuff, what comes first knowing your life purpose or doing something about it...? I think even if you do not know the full details and I question if we ever do. Why would you, and how could you when you consciously create, what you really want to know is the essence of you and what you can do and believe me that list is far more exciting then one purpose that so many people seek!

What you do know however, is that you are not fulfilling your purpose, life is a struggle, boring, you break your personal commitments, have drama after drama in your life, money problems, over weight, emotional weakness. BUT what you do know is when you are doing what is part of your purpose. It is as if the things that were filling your life up to occupy you and what you created to cover up the fact that you were not really doing what you were here to do, start to disappear.

The more you do what is part of your purpose the more you uncover about it and the more you consciously create it. So even if you are struggling to know why you are here, what your purpose is, what your BIG contribution is to New Earth and the planetary shift (and know that you do have an important role, that is why we have found each other after all)

I want to offer you my 5-step plan to help you keep your personal commitments:
1. Be clear about what you are committing to yourself and commit to doing something for you everyday.
2. Make a daily commitment schedule for yourself.
3. Accept that things will come in between you and your commitments - you need to learn flexibility and trust. Does the interference feel right?
4. Be grateful for all that you achieve.
5. Ask for help - tell others and the Universe what you are doing - you don't have to be alone.

Now for your Cosmic Challenge .

This month I want to challenge you to take some personal responsibility for consciously creating your life using the personal commitment plan that I use. We all have things that we have been putting off, like going to a workshop, learning a new skill, applying for that dream job and so on. We put it off because we might be afraid but often we busy our lives up with other people and use them as an excuse. We even use our children as a reason why we cannot do things, partners, money, time and so on. This month I want you to really take responsibility, every day for doing something that you know is serving your life of bliss. Plan it, and of course what is preferable is that you do more than one thing as then you will see far greater results. I know children, partners and family and friends are part of your life of bliss, but what I am trying to get you to think about is what you are putting off that relates directly to your souls mission. Everything else is part of it and is in fact a support and a reminder of your soul's mission and I want you to start exploring this by taking making a personal commitment every day for the next month. Before you know it will be something you do not even have to think about, it will be part of your life experience.

So whether it is a workshop, retreat, training programme, dream job, holiday that you have been feeling an impulse towards or maybe you haven't so you simply want to meditate to connect to your soul and start to get the impulses, do something today and the rest of the month that brings you closer to accomplishing what you have been putting off. Trust me this approach will bring dividends. Start committing to YOUR life and saying YES to responsibility. You are responsible because you create all your life experiences, so it is time (especially with the energy being so conducive) for you to assume full responsibility for your life!

This is where I share what I perceive through my own inner guidance and sometimes through my celestial team as to what is happening energetically. Just to help further your insights and let you know that what you may be experiencing is part shared with others and is all part of your own Divine Plan....

What has been happening cosmically. Well, everyone I speak to says that they are tired and that includes me. My understanding is that with the recent BIG cosmic events and the opening so many of have personally experienced, we are being deliberately made to stop. The tendency is to keep going especially when we think we are flying and moving through all the 'crap,' that we have managed to hold onto. (Excuse my inappropriate word, but you know where I am coming from, we do hold on to things for way too long!)

While there is still such a potency in the energy it is like we are in a holding space, just being asked to regroup, think about self nurture, chill and so on as the tempo is going to be picking up speed once again. What the celestial ones are hoping is that this time as the new wave of new Earth energy births and becomes part of our reality we are not going to slip into discombobulation or chaos. 2010 (as many of you know I keep referring to) is a very significant year, as significant as the focus people have given to 2012 in some way. 2012 is a year of portals and opening not destruction and end of the world, and what we sow in 2010 is what we reap in 2012, so 2010 is going to be a busy year for those who are ready to embrace their true self.

If you are feeling tired go with it, enjoy the moment of rest. It is a very old paradigm trait to think that we have to be busy all the time and if we aren’t then things are wrong and we will miss out on something.

My Celestial team are saying think of it like a calibration process, where you can also adjust to be ready for what is on its way. As ever though they have been drumming into me (not literally of course!) that what is on its way will in the end impact on everyone, but if you are like me someone who consider themselves a light worker, the thing is they need you to step up and really be leading the way. This can only start from your own life, so don’t be what I call an energy junky, wanting to get high off the headiness of New Earth talk, and high off the energies that you can connect to, think about what you need to create, what action you need to take so you can really be part of this New Earth revolution.

But for now, enjoy the rest and know that if you are feeling the need for sleep, chilling out, changing your routine, maybe you should take that as your clue that you have the potential to expand your role as light worker, but a little clue for you, while it is your Divine Right to have this experience, that doesn't mean when this mini phase is over that opportunities and change will just become you. You are going to have to get serious about what you know you need to do. I know I am and you can keep up to date with what I am doing through this blog.

Sarupa's [cleared] Space

You can see from the title of this section that there is something different. Well let me tell you today I had space clearing done in my house. Now when I first moved in about 5 and half years ago I had a space clearing to mark the energy as mine and to integrate and balance the energies of both the house and land with mine. It really was awesome. Normally you do not need these things again as you then are aligned to grow together...well that is what I believed at least.

Back in 2007 when I got hit (after numerous incidents previously) with the New Earth transformation and the Heaven on Earth energy that I was anchoring, I did become quite ill. Now it can be explained in different ways depending on the perspective you are choosing, like anything it had multiple reasons to be that way. But ever since then I felt I wanted to clear my space again so I could move on from the low level stuff I had been experiencing and clearing for myself. I knew instinctively that my beautiful home had been so supportive to me and it needed its own nurturing too. Luckily I live in a powerful place so there was much assistance being given by the land spirits, nonetheless I needed to get this work done. Two years later the timing was perfect.

The processes lasted for about 5 hours, it wasn't planned too, but what was coming up and happening was, like OMG. Yes, indeed there was clearing to do downstairs as that is where the energy was being held by the house to keep me free of it and then the rest of the session (well most of the rest) was spent aligning me, the house and the land back as we have all grown and changed. The space was also asking for an upgrade, it needed me to show up more. Now I am not a minimalist or a hoarder, but doing the space clearing made me notice what 'things,' I was holding on to and were they really a reflection of me ? Not always and as I recycled this 'stuff, ' I suddenly was making room and space for new. The classic Feng Shui/Decluttering principles, you have to make room for new. I also noticed how so many beautiful things were hidden or obscured, well a message from the house spirits (and you might like this too) put those things that are sacred and beautiful to you higher up on the wall as like you your home has chakras, so you help the home and you help yourself as the energy in your home is in part a reflection of your energy. Cool, don't you think?

Now call me strange but my house has a golden sparkle to it. And me? Well, I feel so at peace, not surprising as doing a shamanic space clearing is such an intense ritual and really allows you to immerse yourself in spiritual practice and ritual, but also because I am more aligned now and therefore feel so much more at one with my surroundings.

An experience I recommend, even for indulgence or as alignment and connection. Given that it took a lot longer than we had anticipated, it reminded me that growth is also a balancing act, if you grow and do not take care of yourself it can work against you or you grow out if it. Growing out of your space might be a good thing but not always, so you do have to check in and ensure that when you are going for growth you are addressing everything, from your space, your diet, your TV habits, your friends, what you do in your spare time. Everything has to be upgraded at the same time.

So for me what is next? Well, my diet has been crying out for a makeover and I have been slowly introducing more and more raw back in and juicing, so watch this space for more on that...

For now I am going to go and relax in the bath and enjoy my vibrant and ultra clear space....so until the next time,

We are entering a new wave of being for both the planet and for your self. The planet has completed a full turn cycle but this does not find her in the same place where she started, it is a full spiral turn upwards. For those of you who are able to listen to her sound and connect to her frequency you will hear that she is resonating at a higher octave. Her sound is more angelic as she has more cosmic light activated and birthed deep, deep within her heart and her own soul. Her journey has been magnificent, her journey has been powerful, and her journey has been for each of you.

The time you are now finding yourself in is your place of change. Your place of growth. As you enter the gateway of 11:11, or 22 as many of you know there are many opportunities that are present. The choices are many as are the paths. But know that there is only you who can decide, only you who can connect to your own truth and only you can take the action in your own life.

Cosmic Bugle 8th November

It seems as if this new wave of energy that I have been speaking of and what my spirit team have been referring to is on it's way to be being birthed. So if in the last week things have felt a little bumpier than usual that will be why. Seems that those who are more sensitive to energy can feel the adjustments that new energy that births has to make. This particular energy has to make a a BIG adjustment which is why it has started to reveal its self. Part of what it is doing at the moment is creating the space for Uranian (of Uranus) energy to dissolve for now. Uranian energy is destructive, like lightening, cutting through things and forcing change (Financial centres collapsing, very Uranian!) In fact I think the Ascension Symptoms people used to talk about (and I know some still do) are really just individuals own experience of Uranian energy and rather than it being an Ascension symptom (can you imagine that carrying more light and moving towards living as your true self should be met with pain???) it was more that this energy was shattering parts of ones old self that do not belong to the true self. All that clutter that life times of living has left behind. But that is not what I really want to write about ;-)

If you have 'stuff' that you are not dealing with, doing, taking action on, learning, experiencing, creating and so on... you are going to feel Uranian energy as although its force is going the work that this energy had come to do will go on for those who are simply not stepping up to move towards their true self. Things need to break down before they can grow in this case. There is of course an easier route and that is simply to do what you know you need to do. Why take the harder option? But that is such a human thing to do, we think no pain no gain....well perhaps we should say instead 'no joy, no fun, slow and limited gain!'

But the good news is and you may have started to experience this is the waves of peace this new expression of New Earth energy is bringing with it. It really is bringing a deep inner peace with it. And from what I know each person regardless of their journey is going to benefit from this. I have an image of waves of energy around the planet dropping codes of peace into the ethers, like a shower they fall and connect to each person on the planet. What will happen to these seeds of peace is down to the individual of course but you know in the big scheme of things this does mean there can be peace in the world. Not temporary peace and not peace with injustice or imbalance, but actual peace with co-operation and community consciousness. And I don't know about you but for me this is such a beautiful way to end a weekend and start a new week, especially this one that has the 11:11 gateway....

Know and trust that it is all good and any on and off turbulence is a sign that you need to step up and get on with what you know is in your heart and in your soul. Then the turbulence will lessen and stop.

Lots happening as ever...well that seems to be the M.O at the moment. I led the new Earth teleclass last night and WOW it was **HUGE!** What was interesting to me before the call I got quite emotional, I started to feel humbled and I know that happens to me when I am really doing something BIG for the planet. I guess wrapped up in it is the joy of doing my soul's missions work and the ego being petrified that I am stepping out so much so it is trying all it can to hold me back. Of course my ego gets no play time with me and I surrender to this feeling and release it with love. But I so love what I do and like I said on the teleclass last night, nothing beats doing your life's work. Nothing beats living the life of your dreams and that is what I am doing. That is what I am experiencing.

I don't want you to think though that my life is so perfect and everything goes my way. No, no that is not how it works. I still get upset, people are still unkind to me and I can still find that I am slipping into annoyance and anger (my weak spot) but what changes when you are living your higher life purpose and connecting to New Earth energy is that you will have evolved enough to see those type of actions and behaviours for what they are. You will have processes and understanding that lets you move through this old paradigm stuff very quickly. There are now things that don't affect me in the same way. At the moment I am having really big relationship problems, probably going to come to an amicable (I hope) end. For all of you who have experienced this it is so time consuming and emotionally draining. Even if it is you who wants out or acting like the one who has no connection with the other. What has become apparent to me is that despite the pain I am in inside and the sadness for something that starts to slip away from you when it has been so important, I do not feel the need to take time out of life. I have had my moments of feeling sad and then I start writing, or preparing various classes and I am back in the light. I have to consciously choose to do something and then its like BANG, back in the light! As you connect to the higher frequencies you do get to move through old paradigm stuff quicker because you will have gone through the processes and you will be full of more of the newer frequencies. And if you heard the class last night you will know that you the higher frequencies cannot sustain lower vibration behaviours, thoughts, words, emotions and so on. Now given what I am going through at the moment makes me feel very glad that I am connected to New Earth energy because a few years ago this would have begun to consume me. SO phew to me....but watch this space for the next update....who knows we are creating in each moment so what will be is unknown until it happens1 ooo isn't life exciting...

Well...where do I start. So much has been happening. Since piecing together all the details for the New Earth, New Year, New You event....as my soul would have it I have been going through a mini transformation. Lots and lots of clearing. It is the same each time I create a new programme, I need to go through another gateway so I can work with even higher frequencies and channel them for those who are going to work with me. It is my pattern ;-) Luckily it is all good, but it has required me to stay very present and clear about what I am saying, thinking and doing. What I have found is that when I am going through this adjustment, as I like to call it the thing to do is stay and be very creative. After all New Earth energy is all about co-creation so stopping, being indulged by emotions that are leaving you and taking time out of being the true self make these mini transformations more difficult to deal with.

I seem to be affected mostly in my emotional body. Funny all morning I have had issues with bank, there errors. And as you may know, money is energy and is about your ability to sustain happiness. Trouble in my money area in whatever shape or form indicates to me something going on in my emotional body. The situation with my bank was they had stopped my business bank card (grrr) so on a spiritual level you could say my emotional body was stuck but to me it was more that it was about to burst into something new. I had a feeling about that yesterday, my emotional body and emotional clearing. The fact that I had to ring the bank and go through nearly 2 hours of talking (mostly because they were not able to identify what had happened and why) mixed in with lots of holding, that I was in the same space emotionally. On hold! Waiting for the elevator doors to open into the new higher frequency! You will have to watch this space to see what that all means for me as it is all emerging and unfolding in each moment!

As I am so 'old hat' at these transformations, or life gateways that I have created a 10 step process which I am going to share with those who are attending the New Earth, New Year, New You retreat. In the past, I would have felt like taking time out of my commitments, my day to day life and maybe wallowed a little (or a lot) when facing discombobulation but having experienced so many and some for so long, I had to get into the energy of them and come up with a solution that has worked. The thing is there are times when we have to stop and surrender to a process but there are times when we have to be connecting, anchoring and inviting the new that is unfolding while shedding the old. That is what the energy is at the moment, it is transitional. I imagine it like having one foot in one camp and the other foot in another. In connecting, anchoring and inviting the new what you are doing is claiming it as your own. If you do not claim what is yours then you can open yourself up to vulnerability. Thankfully I am not in a space for vulnerability at the moment! NO! I am in a space for creation.

I have been busy planning and mapping out the 3 powerful days that are taking place over Dec 31st 2009 and Jan 2nd 2010. It really is going to be totally life changing even though I say so myself ;-) (There is always a correlation between what I experience and what I create for YOU!)

So today I am planning my first preview call for the event. It takes place on Thursday 5th November and is all about New Earth. I am Chief Seattle, I have not worked in this way, in this form as Chief Seattle before.

The reason I am here now is to talk of world peace, world harmony, co-operation and community.

The consciousness of man is changed. The seeds have been sown. The shoots are visible both to you and to those of us working for higher planetary consciousness, from the higher dimensions of light.

The shoots are strong but not yet bearing fruits, for like any plant they require tending to.

Like any child or new born they require the love, compassion and support to grow and become the great oak tree.

But of course the shoots I speak of are metaphorical, they are not in a literal sense seeds of anything that you grow and tend to outside of yourself. For these seeds are each of you. It is your growth and your actions that will see the shift in consciousness happen more smoothly and speedily.

For the time for watching the work of others and admiring the efforts and light others were anchoring and radiating is of limited value and purpose.

The question you must ask yourself is, if I am the young shoot, what must I do for me to tend my own growth? For you are also the parent, the gardener, the care taker of the young shoot that you be. The change that you are desiring and dreaming can only happen through you. It is time to wake up and take action and trust what you know you must do. It is not the actions of the enlightened ones who walk this planet that can carry the rest of humanity on their back. It is time to be brave and time to make your commitment to moving forward. Not just your desire and intention, but commitment to do what you know you must.

Ask yourself, ‘How can I ensure that I grow and reach my full potential and that I can inspire and maybe leads others to their full potential?’

Potential for yourself, for your community and potential for the planet. This is the New Earth way, this is the way that always been the dream, the intention, the promise and the journey of all souls.

Time has come to step even further into the light, not to be indulged by the brightness but be fired up to take action and to move away form behaviour, thought, pattern, emotion and other expression and from structures that do not support love of one another. For you see you are each brother, sister, mother, daughter, father, son. You are each from where I stand a light of your own, from where I stand I could say that each of you is a star so bright, a ray of the Divine, a spark of her love.

It is time for you to recognise this in all, not just the few but know and begin to foster the understanding that every soul on the planet is your family.

The time to step into a higher vibration is drawing near you. You cannot take with you such things that do not belong in the higher vibration of love. It cannot carry low vibration behaviour, thoughts, patterns, emotion and other low vibration expressions. These things shatter in the higher vibration as they have no place there. This is why so many of you report and experience what appears as destruction, illness, it is simply a shattering and transmutation of lower vibrational being and expression. The time for you to be conscious in this is now, for the ultimate steps are down to you, you share this dream of higher living, of new earth and the choice of how it manifests is in each of your hands.

What we do ask is that you take opportunity to work on yourself each day taking steps to release more of what is not your true self. For then your personal transition will be smoother. Indeed, you are entering a time of transition and new time of preparation and growth.

The energy of destruction has just come to an end and the feelings of disharmony, confusion, lack of direction, feeling like life has no purpose will go with this, but for you are require to examine what remains. The transition that awaits you now requires you to step up and consciously release and create. For if you are to claim this higher living then this jump needs to occur soon.

What are the areas that you need to evolve? What is it that you hold onto that support old paradigm beliefs of separation from each other and the Divine? That is the core of the old paradigm and the new paradigm that is being co-created is releasing the feelings of separation and instead moving back to community and unity. Now that energy shifts have occurred, the remainder of your calendar year and your start of 2010 are for you to make the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual shifts in your own life first. It is time from whatever you be to take your next step. You are being offered an opportunity to reach higher vibrations. If you take this opportunity then you will be choosing the direct route. Nonetheless, this will be the way for all direct or indirect. Direct is the choice for you to make if you are ready to claim the new way and are ready to grow and evolve from the new path that the planet finds herself on.

The spirit of community is blowing across the planet, the time to come together and unite as the family of light is now. It is not tomorrow, it is now. Now is where the seeds are sown for tomorrow. Waiting or not taking responsibility is a delay and a hindrance only to your enlightenment and ascension.

So embrace opportunities, know that I am your guide, know that I am here now working with the Ascended Light of Consciousness, the highest vibration for planetary evolution.

All about the hands

Since coming back from Arizona I feel like I have been on super fast mode. It feels like time is speeding up or I am managing to squeeze more into it! Or, maybe I have just got more efficient with how I use my time....after all there are still the same 24 hours in the day that I experienced last year, and all the years so far and nothing has changed as far as I know! ;-)

I wanted to write about the Hand Analysis which in some way is no different to Palmistry, except it is a modern version. Something that is perhaps more palatable and relevant? I love Palmistry, don't get me wrong but it was only when I had my own Hand Reading with someone who had trained to be a Hand Analyst did I realise how powerful it was.

Hand Analysis goes straight to the focus of your life purpose, life school and life lesson. It helps you cut through things that are in my view probably illusionary and then through looking at the fingers can give you more in-depth information about your niche, your drivers, the areas you need to focus on to overcome the lesson you have. (We all know lessons are our greatest gift by now, surely?)

After my Hand reading, this year in July I knew it was something that I had to learn and use with my clients. It was too powerful not to. The more information that you can have about your life purpose the better in my view. Imagine a world where everybody is living their life purpose. How awesome would that be? Can you imagine what the mood of people would be...? You guessed it they would be in bliss!

As you will see from previous posts I flew to Arizona in September to complete a 3-day intensive, where I learnt about finger print hand analysis. It was mind blowing. I know when things are activating deeper knowledge and it was one of those occasion. Now, I knew it would be good but that good? It's funny how spirit like to underplay the BIG things in life as you move towards them, I guess they know that we might interfere, change our mind or decide that it isn't what we want...out of fear, or disconnection from our own path!

I have always been big on the soul, my first big major training was as a soul coach with Denise Linn. Much of the New Earth and Heaven on Earth work I do is about living as your soul intended and allowing your soul presence to be activated to a more fuller and permanent degree. The soul for me is our true earthly self, so while on this planet my feeling is that, is through my soul that I want to live. This is a journey because communing, activating, engaging with ones soul can feel tricky and feel like it is not easy. But did you know the riches that your soul has access to? It knows all that you are here to do and more, it knows how to suport you, yet for so many it is still seen as an outside body, part of us but not integrated within us.

Now, you may wonder what this has to do with Hand Analysis, well I learnt that the finger prints are formed at 12-14 weeks in the foetus. Given that the finger prints reveal information about your life purpose, life school, life lesson and more...I knew immediately it was ones soul giving the biggest clue to each of us about our life purpose. Yet, like so may signs we just ignore it or are simply disconnected from it.

Being able to step up and live your life purpose is increasingly becoming more important. The world needs to change and in some way is going through transition and the more people that are living in bliss, living the life that they choose and as their soul intended the more others can follow.

I find the biggest question when one starts out on a spiritual path is, what is my purpose, what I am here to do? That question is asked more than I can count. Not just once, but several times in one persons life even. To paraphrase Denise Linn, it is time to stop seeking and be the one who finds!

I say YOU ARE IT, in your life, many spiritual teachings talk about YOU HAVING ALL THAT YOU NEED, well if that is true, just maybe it is more in your hands then you think ;-)

Hello! There is so much to share I am not sure where to start! I have been busy working away and yesterday I felt a real tug with the energy. I just found I was coming up against opposition, it all started at 7.30 in the morning when I had to phone the bank because something wasn't working as it should. Obviously the bank opened at 8am, so that is where the delay started ;-) For some reason I knew it was a clearing but it didn't make it any easier, I just felt slightly irritated! It is funny how that happens, one day you are in the flow and the next it seems as if some kind of bubble has burst. I put it down to the fact that you are shedding old skin, well metaphorically at least. The problem happens is when you don't see it this way you start to think, that's it and you start to break your divine flow and your divine transformation. I had to remind myself yesterday, several times that this was all a Divine experience as if I had disconnected from that truth I would be in a bigger pickle right now. If you are feeling that your flow is broken don't despair, just remember that it cannot break, it is just adjusting and note, it always adjusts for the better!

But that was yesterday and today is another day. And what a day. In the morning I went to look at venue for a special New Year event I am creating, and the venue was gorgeous. There is a sneaky picture of it below, so you can see. It is a 16th Century building with original features....and although I am bursting to tell you more you just have to wait!

There is more I want to share, but I am going to keep this short and sweet as I am preparing the eZine for all those people who have subscribed to my list and are ripe for life transformation and living in bliss. Gosh, there has been a lot of activity at Heavenly Spaces HQ this week. While I had been in Arizona I was getting the inspiration to run a FREE teleclass all about the Light Body. It was one of those ideas that just landed in my mind. Then when I got back the Jet Lag wiped me out.....but the idea was still there.

On Tuesday last week, I made the idea a reality. But the challenge was I was running the class on Thursday. So as you can imagine, it was a flurry of activity getting the emails out to the people on my list as I wanted as many people as possible to take up this offer. It was totally free after all, expect for the cost of the call! Well, as it happens the class took place and there were technical glitches that meant people could hear on and off or not at all and the recording was equally as poor! I was nearly thinking Darn when I realised this but then I realised this was just an opportunity to do the class again on Sunday...which I am! The best bit is more people have signed up too! I wonder if this was spirit's way of making sure those that needed to got on this call, as the information I am sharing is in-depth and powerful stuff. Sunday 17th is also an important day as it is the Indian New Year...and there is a saying that what you do on New Years Day you get more of, so choose wisely. In essence this was about setting the intention for the year. From a young age my mum would tell me this and it stayed with me as I always felt I should choose to do things that I wanted to have more of. Now this was when I was young and didn't even know about intentions and manifesting, obviously I just knew it on a deep unconscious level. Being someone who has always leaned towards the spiritual and the ritual, I can think of nothing better than to be running this class tomorrow and talking and teaching about the light body! What a powerful intention I am setting for the year?

So what's been happening in my Space? Well as you will know I went to Arizona, primary purpose was to attend a Hand Analyst Intensive Training. It was totally awesome. I learnt that the finger prints are formed during weeks 14 to 16 of foetal development. As soon as I heard that my mind started whirring and the enormity of this whole process began to unfold. This without a doubt is the soul's physical imprint. It is as if the soul is giving it's most loud and clear signal to us, so that we can cut to the chase a bit quicker in our life...but how many of us actually take notice of this or other signs....? Not enough I say. I am so excited about weaving this into the work I create, so don't be surprised to hear more about this. If you are interested in finding out more just drop me an email .

Well, now I am home. Although I was very sad to leave Arizona, I am so happy to be back home. I have so many things in the pipeline and can't wait for each of them to come to fruition. The energy of Arizona has definitely juiced me up. It was so powerful and supportive.

October Channelling - Mother Earth Speaks

Creative Passion, channelled through Sarupa Shah

In this time of great change and transition, I wish to speak to you about creative passion. Creativity with fire energy, the intensity of fire is the passion element. Fire as you will know transmutes. To access this energy through and with creativity will bring for you a transformation, a change of direction.

As the energy of transformation within my being is activating and awakening, and the reconnection between these energy lines is complete, the journey I am now on is a potent one. The intricate sacred lines deep within my being are part of a great matrix again; the whole of the planet for you is now an energy portal. There are places where this will still be felt more intensely but many more of these will be encountered in locations not known for my energy. I have always been everywhere, for I am the planetary being but it has not always been possible to reveal my self, but that time is no more. The energy has shifted sufficiently for my activation to continue, as I am now the Divine Feminine, representing sacred Feminine energy as one.

The energy of transformation I hold is available to you and at this time, there is an opportunity to activate the same within you. A time to not only let go of what is no longer but also it’s and perhaps more importantly a time to activate and reveal a deeper essence of you into the world. It is time to embrace the new energies with passion, with excitement, with joy and with creativity.

Ask yourself, where is it that you hold back? Which part of your life could benefit from the energy of fire and the passion of creative transformation, in order for you to embody the true essence of you more profoundly?

For most it is the mindset, the in ability to let go and fully embody your spiritual power. Fear of not experiencing oneself as worthy of Divine Riches and Gifts. Fear of not knowing what you must do next. But my child, I ask how is that you can have a plan when within you there is still a belief however big or small that unless you are 100% guaranteed success you do not want to accept the plan? At all times an in all moments I am supporting you, loving you as are the Celestial ones but still we see that embracing ones potential and Divine Purpose remains out of reach and in many cases out of the mind. Masked within this illusion, is the sense that you are owed a Divine Heritage. Sweet children, it is not owed as much as it is waiting your claim. The joy and celebration deep in my heart when any being claims their Divine Inheritance is indescribable in words. Imagine a Mother watching her child’s first steps, long awaited in some cases but the joy of witnessing the growth of those you cherish and adore is beyond the describable. Like a child’s first steps are only so when the child makes them on her own, only you can claim your Divine Inheritance, only you can make it so!

It is as part of my love for you, that the opportunity to utilise my energy for your own transformation is being offered to you at this time.

The flow of fire within me is in balance once again. Within this has come the creation of the Golden Armies and the Dragons. The Dragons like the Angelic realms are organised for different purposes and have differing energies and purposes. For this time, call upon the Dragons of Creation and the Dragons of Power. Call on these beings as you engage wit transmutation and transformation.

Sit in attunement out in nature where you can connect to my power more readily and with ease. Open your heart to me and invite the fire and creative passion energy to surround you. Experience it and imagine you are sat within a flame of Gold. You are central within the flame, you are central to your transformation.
When you are ready allow the flame to be integrated within you through your solar plexus, sacral and root chakras. Igniting within them a creativity through which your connection to your Divine Self becomes stronger. A greater sense of who you are and what you must do will follow. Be strong, be purposeful and be creative. Allow the process to unfold. Allow the process to be yours.

For each of you the time to move forward has come. The time for new beginnings is here. What was is no longer and the possibilities of what can be are within you. I am holding the vision for your transformation in my heart, for each of you is my child, my beloved and for each of you my love is unconditional. It will not falter or change.

Allow this time to be about you, the energy is supporting your own transformation. It is time for you to ignite your creative passion. Life is an act of conscious creation in every moment and passion is simply a frequency of love. Creative passion is the same as a life of love.

I bless you and hold for each of you a spark, it is waiting and when you claim it you shall have it.

For now, go with my love and gratitude. Your love has healed me; your love has opened me. You are each my chosen child. For, I am the Divine Mother, the voice of the Divine Feminine.

Arrived in Sedona last night. The drive from Tucson was so beautiful and just as we had Sedona in sight the sun was beginning to set and the sun set....Well you are going to have to wait till you see the pictures but it really was like a Heavenly Vista.

Sedona is all that I knew it would be (well it is so far...). I am off out today to go and feel and experience the Vortexes and do some writing and channelling, so do check back soon for more details.

The Hand Analysis training was brilliant, Baeth is a very clever lady and and taught in such an accessible way. I just cannot wait to incorporate this 'new tool' into the work I am delivering. Can you imagine what it would be like to know what your hands say about your life purpose? Can you imagine how powerful that would be? What about knowing your life lesson? Imagine if you have the knowledge from the blueprints as imprinted for you by your soul into your fingers and hands and then revealed to you so you can use it to transform your life? I know the last 2.5 days training has transformed my life. It has given me the clarity and 'kick up the bum,' that I needed. And yes, we all need that from time to time so if you are sick and tired (literally or metaphorically) of playing small or going through life aimlessly and are seeking direction, then email me and let's see how I might be able to change that for you. Cosmic Bugle - Creative Flows

Hello! At the moment this section remains with this name. The Cosmic Bugle, is simply a post which shares planetary news with you - what is happening cosmically, what that could mean for you etc. All too often I find that people who are on a path of spiritual awakening - whatever level reached, have one thing in common: To a lesser or more degree they are open to experiencing energy both consciously and unconsciously. This means we are all often having similar type of experiences and thoughts, but sadly we do not often find ways to verify them, or connect to others just to check in and know that we haven't lost our minds ;-)

Here's YOUR good news.... you do not have to experience energy and spiritual awakening and ascension on your own anymore! I am going to post my Cosmic Bugle (would love to know if you think the name fits - or if you have any other suggestions) regularly so you can understand a bit more of what is happening, why and what it could mean for you!

It seems as if the power that I described in energy just before the September Equinox remains. It feels different in that it has settled down and found constant and more creative hum. This is a really good time to get creative and active. You might already be feeling inspired to write, paint, draw etc. and if you are not feeling it I would say choose your chosen expression and just go for it.

The active part that I get from the energy is all about physical activity. It is time to push through and release the turbulence that has been and all the 'stuff' that you were sorting out and clear out anything that has stuck from that little episode. Dancing, hiking, or any other physical activity will be perfect in releasing what doesn't need to be for your highest good!

The intensity of the last few weeks has shifted to something that we can use and nurture but in order for this new energy to anchor within us we have to show up first and connect to it. The New Earth energy feels very pure and it is not the same as old paradigm energy. Although we are all and will continue to be affected by it, to be able to use it and anchor it into our lives we have to step up to meet it for now!

All in all the next few weeks are all about creative power and what you do now will be powerful and very important in your journey of spiritual awakening. My final words to you are, simply go for it, have fun and be witness to your spiritual growth ;-)

Sarupa's Space - Arizona Part 1

In this blog post I share with you what has been happening in my world! Inspiration, fun and connection!

I want to share with you something that happened on Sunday night here in Arizona. I have ended up by no design, i.e. no planning other than looking in someone's guide book at Breakfast on Sunday in a B&B in a forest in a Canyon. As it happened 40 or so Gloabal Chanters were here having a workshop just before we arrived. Can you imagine how awesome that is? No accident that I ended up here me thinks (and of course I know!).

It feels like I am in the wilderness here and pretty much I am. Surrounded by Mountains, forest and wild animals. As it happened there was an outdoor Jaccuzzi and outdoor solar shower to use. So after dinner on Sunday off we went to the outdoor spa. It felt like it was middnight but in fact it was onyl about 8pm. However it was dark, the night sky was shimmering with stars and the moon was lighting up the sky! At first I felt a little eerie, all the talk of rattle snakes had me a little spooked and nature isn't a natural leap for me. Being a city dweller I always need time to acclimatise!

Here I was surrounded by the Dragoon mountains, which I know are related to Dragon energy. Not simply because the name is so similar, but it is a bit of a give away...but since being in Arizona Dragons have been popping up everywhere! Looks like my earth work is opening up to Dragons! Funny how what I resist is what persists! It wasn't that I avoided the energy of Dragons but I just presumed that this wasn't my expression of the Divine. Thinking about it now, it is no surprise really as the work I do with Mother Earth and the connection I have with her, is the portal for the Dragon energy to be reentering our ethers!

But back to the stars and the moon. Looking up at the sky and all around once I was relaxed (and it didn't take long) was like having a 'light,' 'healing,' 'upgrade,' and 'divine download' bath. I could feel much Sirian energy pulsating through the portals that were open. Definitely some sign of non-Terra Firma activity but it was not the focus of the evening. Because I am in a Canyon surrounded by mountains, it felt like I was in a healing dome, no horizon to see. It really was truly magical!

It really was my heaven on earth moment of the day and I know part of the preparation of what else is to come! It has also reminded me more than ever for self care for indulgence. (Note, indulgence is not a bad thing!) More often than not we are guided for healing, massages and so on when we are in need i.e. out of balance, when it becomes a must. Doing this kind of thing for indulgence is a real act of self love. Imagining doing things because you love you? I cannot think of a better reason.

I promise to try figure out how to upload some pictures from my phone so you can see the slice of heaven I am in ;-)

Power

Power! What do you think when you read this word? Are you one of those people who thinks - 'here we go again - spiritual talk about power, yawn yawn!', or are you one of those people who thinks, 'aargh - why go on about power, power is not good, look at the world ruined by a few who have power.' Or are you one of those people who feels nothing, no connection at all....or are you in my final category - 'feeling sad - because you know you are not standing in your power, you know that because you are not living your Divine Mission is almost just a dream!'

Which ever description suited you, or was most like your first response/feeling is roughly where you stand with this issue of power - and to cut to the chase I am going to tell you that none of those categories give you the truth about power. The best category is when you are comfortable with your power, and not afraid of it, and always seeking ways to enhance it and expand it!

Power like abundance is an often talked about and like the concept of abundance there is so much to power. It has such a depth and excuse me for saying this but so much of its own power (power begets power!) that you need to understand it and start experiencing it in order to increase it and make it more available to you in your life.

Think of power in the universal sense, it makes things happen - the power of an engine on a car or plane for example will differentiate it from a plane or car with less power. The amount of power a sports person has will more often than not differentiate him/her from one with less power. A power of a light bulb for example will denote how bright it shines...or not. Notice that I am not saying that more power is better or worse, I am just saying it is different. However, you could say that more power gives you the potential to be better, stronger, faster, brighter etc. in the examples I have just given. This of course is the potential of power - but in reality a powerful engine is no better if the skill of putting it together was poor, a powerful sports person is no better off if they are not skilled at their sport, i.e. if they have not learned how to apply the power properly.

Already now, I have drawn your attention to 2 aspects of power - one about having power and the second about using power - they go hand in hand. Referring back to one of my favourite and probably one of the most powerful (!) spiritual laws, like attracts like - so you have power and apply it the more you become powerful and the more you are able to use and so on!

By now I am sure many of you are thinking, 'surely the more powerful I become the more I will abuse it, because being powerful means that others have to be powerless - how else can I demonstrate my own power...?' - If you are thinking along those lines then you are going to be feeling uncomfortable reading about this topic. (Trust me - keep reading and you will see that you can further your understanding and let the truth about power emerge for you so you can start to understand it better, connect to it and claim it for your life transformation. Power is an ally, not an enemy!)

Let's go back a step, earlier I said power is like abundance. I think there are few of you out there who would argue that the universe isn't abundant - even though you may deep down think that you are just unfortunate in not being able to experience it - (this is such a negative think to attract - and for more assistance on this read my article on Abundance by clicking here). Bearing that in mind, power is also abundant. In being powerful you are not taking anything away from others or forcing others to be powerless.

The power that I am getting into talking about isn't about the external power you have or not - it is about the power of being you! The power you have in knowing who you are, why you are here and so on. It isn't about the number of clients you have, or the number of people you can attract to your workshops, or the amount of abundance you can manifest. Of course, when you are 'standing in your power,' these things happen - you will find that you are attracting more people to work with, you are able to manifest more - it goes with the nature of power. You are powerful and others can feel this energetically and therefore you are more attractive to them as someone who can serve them - their soul can see that you have the potential to be a great teacher and inspiration to them.

Just as much as the power I am referring to in this article is about the power you have in your own life, - this power cannot be found outside of you either. Others (and not all of the people who claim to be able to do this can - so chose wisely) can assist you in reclaiming your power and using your power as an ally for blissful life transformation - but no-one can actually give you power as you have to reclaim it, find it, activate it and experience it for your self.

Why nurture your power?

Power is a force, a strength and in nurturing this force you are giving yourself strength. You are making yourself strong - and within this strength comes your ability to know who you are, to trust your intuition, to have a greater awareness of your life purpose. You see when you are not connected to the power of who you are, you can find yourself not being able to make decisions very easily. You know that feeling when you are constantly hot stepping from one choice to another: "should I do this, no maybe I'll do this, but then again...." You know that feeling.
Another problem that can arise when you are not connected to the power of who you are, is that you can get what I call 'spiritual depression.' This is different to clinical depression - because it is about your disconnection from you and your life purpose - not some organic imbalance.
If you are feeling so 'powerless,' in your life you are likely to make decisions (eventually) that are going to perpetuate the feelings of helplessness - you will start to attract people into your life who appear to have a lot of power - but no substance - but I have seen it (and experienced it personally) time and time again. You can start getting caught in the illusion of their power - the bright lights side - the wow factor - a bit like the false idol syndrome. Really these people are people you have attracted into your life, your soul has helped create the scene and the choice is yours. What do you do?
Another common symptom of not connecting to the power of who you are, is that you are constantly seeking the approval of others, or their advice. Now seeking advice is certainly not a bad thing and nor is being able to talk things through with people. What I am talking about here is people who are constantly needing to ask everyone they know about a decision they need to make, or referring to the angel or other divination cards at a drop of a hat. (And if you are one of those people - no shame in it - claim it and then you can do something about it - don't you find that the cards confuse you? They are only reflecting back to you the discombobulation that you are feeling - if you are in such a pickle and almost paralyzed from moving forward for fear of getting it wrong, or fear of loosing everything because you are so unsure about what to do - it is not the cards that you should be turning to for assistance!)
My final reason to share here, is that when you are avoiding and not seeing power as your ally - what I have seen both in my life and in the lives of my clients is that when you start to do the things that are part of your life purpose, they almost do not have the impact that you deep down expected or felt they would - there is a feeling of deflation or a lack of satisfaction. This is because without the power - your force, your strength you are not at your full potential. Without your full power you are not fully present in what you are doing - so the benefit, the result, the emotion and the experience will reflect that.

There are of course many more reasons to nurture and reclaim your power - it is about you being able to live blissfully and make this the best life ever, so the next time you think power is anything other than a good thing - stop and cancel and delete that thought!

The Merkabah

Energy in the spiritual world is really what it is all about. Whether you are healing, channelling or connecting to your guides, or meditating, visioning etc. it is all done in an energetic sense. It has to be backed and supported by action otherwise the energy cannot manifest into something that we would find useful or meaningful. But….energy is the key! All the talk of Ascension, 2012 and the New Earth, points to an energetic change, a shift and transformation even. What this means in simple terms is that the way we access the Divine realms, the Celestial ones also changes. How we interact with each other and our relationship with the planet also changes. The good news is the change is positive (and happening now), the other news (it isn’t bad!) is that it requires us to change too. The best bit is that there are some short cuts available and the Merkabah is one of them.

The Merkabah is part of your light body; your energy (spiritual) system. Previously it took discipline and years of hard work to activate it, now all you need is discipline. By that I mean the will and desire to learn about it and activate it.

The good thing is that unlike in the old paradigm world when activating something of such spiritual significance and power would take many years of study and dedication, not to mention cost, the new earth energy I have been working with is about short cuts! I am off to Arizona today (and that picture BTW is of Sedona)! Feeling full of cold, but then I knew that would happen. I could if choose to think this way, say I willed it to happen, but I know I that's not true. It had to happen because a cold generally speaking is a clearing. All the stuff that comes out of your nose is a detox, if your temperature spikes a little you sweat and that is a detox too. I know that Arizona is going to be a BIG spiritual adventure for me and I am going to do some earth work....exactly what I am not sure but in order to do what I am going to do I need to be physically prepared, well prepared in general! That is the thing really isn't it? The question is how prepared are you for what is on your horizon?

Often when I am working with people and just meeting people, friends, family or even perfect strangers alike, I can see a vision for them. I always see the highest vision for them, the potential at that time. It is never gloomy, because potential by its own design is divine in my view and can only be full of stuff that dreams are made of! This used to happen to me when I was young and I had no real understanding of what was going on what was meant by what I was experiencing. In some way when I was younger it was almost like a cross to bear because seeing the potential in someone you can see what could be. Being so open in my heart and sentimental it made me cling on to people and be devastated when friendship, plans etc didn't work. I could never understand why then. Now I know more of course! Or I should say I know better now.

The reason people do not realise their vision, even if they have it is because they are not prepared for it. This happens on so many levels. The Universe never stops giving, it can feel like it is giving the wrong experiences but that is down to our individual manifesting and intention. But perhaps more importantly when the Universe is supporting us through offering us the chance to prepare, whether it is through pushing us to grow, learn, expand or so on it often seems that people turn their back on this. It might be fear, it might be just not being connected to the vision enough or even a combination of both. It sometimes is the fact that the focus is so much on the vision that you simply ignore or bypass the preparation stage. This is of course to the detriment of the vision being realised. When I know, create or connect to a vision for me, I then immediately let it go. I do not 'throw it away, ' but I let it brew away and I simply start to set about moving towards it. In this case this has meant a few sticky moments with my partner and a heavy cold and no doubt several other things over the last few years. It was 2000 that I first put it out there that I wanted to spend some time in Arizona, I knew I would because I knew I could make it happen! This for some reason required my top be spiritual, mentally, emotionally and physically in a specific place before it could manifest, but it did manifest as does everything!

I remember at University when I first hear this saying, proper preparation prevents poor performance. How true that is.

If you have an inkling of your vision like I do about my trip to Arizona, or if you are creating a vision for yourself in any area of your life, then don't just think it stops there. Think about the preparation you may have to do. What do you have to overcome. Okay, you might say I had to over come a cold, it is hardly a big event....well there was a fair bit more too. I have had to clear out a lot of rubbish in my relationship over the last few days. The build up to the equinox was rather fraught, but I knew this was something that needed to happen for me.

Now I am just ready to sit on a plane and be pampered and then hit the desert sun! Part of the reason I am going is to attend a 3-day Hand Analyst Training with Baeth Davies and the rest of it is part of a spiritual adventure, holiday, working retreat....My work in progress folder is coming with me as that isn't going to stop. My exciting programme is in the pipeline and although I am still keeping it under wraps , just think: new year - new earth - new you! So although Heavenly Spaces HQ will be having a rest from me, I will not be having a rest from Heavenly Spaces. Sarupa's Space - Autumn Equinox

Today is a special day - the Autumn Equinox - a time when there is an equal amount of light and day - a day of balance perhaps? I have to say that I feel slightly out of balance today - not much but just a bit. It was one of those days that I woke up tired and had to set off early to a meeting. I had been to this particular venue a few times but I managed to get lost. It was like everything was unfamiliar. I do recall this morning having really hurt ankles and feeling the need to ground myself while asleep (well snoozing in fact!) It made me want to hibernate….but isn't that what Autumn is about? In all honesty I think this is connected to the energy that I wrote about in the last Cosmic Bugle - and is all about the closing down of certain things. As we are energetically being pushed through a gateway. I have really been feeling this push and I just need a rest. The rest comes tomorrow and then in a much bigger way on Friday as it is then I am off to Arizona. I just cannot wait! My big spiritual adventure. Hmmm wonder if that is why I feel so tired as I am getting ready for something truly amazing...?

I am also tired because I just finished celebrating my cousin's wedding too! A week long celebration, culminating in an Indian wedding ceremony yesterday. I have to say despite it making me look demure, wearing a Saree all day is hard work. I don’t know how people do it but I wish I could do it more often. There is nothing better than dressing up in clothes that make you feel feminine and goddess like.

Well until my rest officially starts (and don’t worry the blogging will continue) I have kept up my tiding up loose ends work - and finally am about to sign on the dotted line for a venue for my biggest project to date! (All I will reveal is that it is where Harry Potter the movie was filmed - can you imagine?) (Oh and I have to add it is where lay lines meet and the energy is amazing, powerful and very new earth!) Just writing about it is filling me with such excitement. I cannot wait to finalise the details and share them with you. But that is not the only thing I have in the pipeline. Seems like I haven't only been tidying loose ends hey!

I hope you have had a good Equinox day today and remember, tomorrow wherever you are in the world, really is the marking of something new. Invite that new in and allow yourself to feel and experience something different!

This is something that normally was confined to my eZine - but given that the energy has all been about sorting things out, making changes, tidying up and so on - I have decided to implement some of the things I have been carrying around as ideas for a while!

I have been super busy getting my systems in order with my business partner Michael and to add to this, my cousin is getting married on Monday! For those who do not know about Indian weddings let me tell you they are spread over a number of days, it's a good ol' excuse to get the extended family together - to laugh, to play and to eat!

I even had 'henna' put on my hands, the woman who did it was totally awesome being so quick and the design so intricate and beautiful. It is like mystical art - a form of sacred geometry. Since getting it done last night I feel so much more feminine. I really do feel like it is activating something very divine in me, it might be the hours I have spent staring at my hands and getting lost in the sacred patterns! I feel like my hands are utilising the sacred shapes to connect deeply to cosmic energy - so anyone for healing....? ;-)

As for Heavenly Spaces, like I said things are moving at break neck speed! Everything is being transformed, but I knew it would after the Heaven on Earth retreat and I knew it would be September. Partly because I had a business retreat day with my coach Karen Knowler, but also because I had an inkling something in September was going to shift... I am just so excited about what is emerging. I have a fantastic event that I want to invite you to in December - to coincide with New Year - New Earth - New You! Imagine being able to be with a group of people, who I can only call a tribe, a family of like minded souls experiencing initiations and growth together in a supportive and loving setting.... Well watch this space as something is brewing! This time last week I had no idea this was even on the cards, so it just shows how strong the celestial heart is beating at the moment. If you are feeling inspired to do something and you feel excited at the prospect of it, however extraordinary it may be - I think this is will be the weekend to simply go for it! Do something that steps you out of the ordinary...I will be!

The Cosmic Bugle - 'Coming to ahead'

As I am in the process redesigning my BLOG and will be revamping it and relaunching it soon - I thought I would share with you something new that I am going to add as a feature for you - The Cosmic Bugle. I am still playing with names - but the essence is I am going to share planetary news with you - what is happening cosmically, what that could mean for you etc. All too often I find that people who are on a path of spiritual awakening - whatever level reached, have one thing in common: To a lesser or more degree they are open to experiencing energy both consciously and unconsciously. This means we are all often having similar type of experiences and thoughts, but sadly we do not often find ways to verify them, or connect to others just to check in and know that we haven't lost our minds ;-)

Here's YOUR good news.... you do not have to experience energy and spiritual awakening and ascension on your own anymore! I am going to post my Cosmic Bugle (would love to know if you think the name fits - or if you have any other suggestions) regularly so you can understand a bit more of what is happening and why....

So here goes, Coming to Ahead!

We are just a week away from the Autumn Equinox and the energy feels quite powerful at the moment. Almost as if it is clapping its hands and saying, 'chop, chop, let's get on!' Well, it would be saying that if it had a voice! It is trying to get you to move for sure and get you to sort out things - things that have been hanging around either deep in your conscious or simply those things that you have been putting off (yes, we all have those things...)

The way I am experiencing it and understanding what is happening now is the more tired you feel (even after a mammoth 12 hour sleep.....yes, I know that feeling) the more you have to get on with. You are not tired because you are tired in the normal sense even though it feels like it. It is because energetically you are blocked - weighed down...cluttered? So it is time for a detox, deal with things you need to, finish the things you have started, or put an end to them. Don't keep things hanging on. We are moving to a powerful Equinox which is a significant date in this marking of a new phase that we are half in and half out. The more you release patterns that haven't really served you and and things that have just hung around the quicker you can move forward to your next step.

Because the energy now is pushing you it is going to feel like things are coming to ahead - it has to in order for you to move forward. The magic of energy that is being gifted to us cosmically - is not to fight it and go against it as that just causes turbulence and disharmony in your life - but use it as your support. Take this opportunity to get ahead in your life - tidy up areas that need to, do your filing, return those calls, finish that project, book that holiday, look for that new job - move from thinking or half doing to completion.

And...yes, you guessed it, it is going to be tough - the energy is being pushy and bolshie - but it is as always acting out of love - just trust that, you wouldn't be experiencing this if you were not ready to move forward!

9:9:9 The Divine Feminine Portal

The Divine Feminine Speaks - through Sarupa Shah, 26th August 2009.

I am the Mother – the planetary being. I am stronger and my power is restoring. Many of you for so long have stood in support of me – and I am so grateful – for it has been the love and support from each of you that has created my birthing.

Many of you will know that I have spoken before of the merging of the divine feminine and I am part of that. I am the Divine Mother – it is what you would call an archetype – part of my essence. It is also part of each of your essence.

As we are in the midst of an ending cycle and a new birth has happened – part of this new birth is the divine feminine spark that has been anchored and activated in so many who walk the planet at this time. Each of you who has worked to be conscious to your own divine feminine spark – which is in itself part of your Creator Spark – a deeper dimension, a higher octave, a different expression – but nonetheless part of the same spark of creation that is within each of you – has in each of their own way supported the merging of the sacred feminine archetypes – the sacred and divine feminine.

Coming together - in divine communion enables the divine feminine energy to become stronger, to have more impact on the lives of those we guide and support. It is no different to the spirit of community that we have been fostering for you – the sense of support and connection. While my energy is connected to all that is divine and feminine once more – and we are one voice – speaking from the celestial heart – we maintain our individual identity. For it is not the divine plan to become one, it is simply to live as one – in unity, in co-operation, in peace, in love. Beloveds, this is on the way – this is here now in the realms of the sacred and the law of Divinity is such that as we evolve and move so to do you. You are not to be left behind – for in some many ways we already live as one – and we know that so many of you understand this and live as one with us in return. It is through this understanding that so many of you are able to undertake work on our behalf now and bring forward the wisdom and inspiration for others.

It is such a joy to be connected again – and feel the direct connection and to experience the bliss of divinity in this way. As you read this I have imprinted an image and experience for this feeling – for it is within you to experience the boundless power of the sacred feminine.

The separation was conscious and it was part of our support and service to bring your souls and spirit back into alignment – as the journey of the divine masculine was being traversed. The imbalance that resulted was not something that could be foretold – for still as it has always been the freedom and the choice in being conscious or not – in choosing something or something else has rested in the hands of each of you. The journey had to be taken in this way – and now the journey has come to an end in one cycle as another is birthed.

The birthing of new cycles is not an easy feat and has been choreographed by many – the midwives of the new paradigm – and in some way each of you has had a role.

As the new energy has risen from my heart and met with celestial heart energy and the divine feminine has been birthed as a collective – we wish to thank you and send you our beam of love.

And as you enter towards the portal of 9:9 – know that it will be a point of completion. It is a point of pause. Like the Divine Mother that I am but now as the Divine Feminine encompassing all sacred feminine archetypes – it is time during the pause of the 9:9 Divine Feminine Portal to express your Goddess Spark. It matters not whether you are man or woman in body – for this has always been part of your expression not the whole representation. It is the merging of all that is you – in the same way that we have merged all that was Divine Feminine, that we ask you to honour your Goddess Spark.

The Goddess energy is about love through play, it is about nurturing with love, it is about creation with love, it is about abandoning the confines of the mind and merging the mind and heart. The Goddess energy that we emit is light – and bonds with you like sparks of light. Each spark expanding you and supporting the creation of the new you! For it is not just those who are in light who are renewed – each of you has undergone the experience of a re-birthing. The shift in moving forward – and for those who still feel their movement has been prevented or distracted – just understand that you are still moving forward and that the purpose in delay has been the choice of your soul. It is now time to speak to your soul through your heart, with love and bring it forward to be part of this new earth.

As the Divine Feminine energy completes a phase of its cycle during the gateway of 9:9 – we ask that you do not sit in meditation for that work was done during the portal of 8:8 – but instead dance or sing. This way you can enliven your Goddess spark. The law of the universe has not changed – the more you enliven this the more it is drawn to you – and the more we can reflect it back – so the cycle can continue progressing as we move to the next phase of blissful being.

This is not frivolous and there is a point to the play of 9:9 – as it is through this the divine feminine energy can create a stronger connection in your life – activate through higher levels of resonance – so this movement of dance, the sound of song – is a sacred invitation to us. We will respond to all who call – we will connect deeply and with love to support you as you move forward. We will welcome your connection with our new expression.

The work has not stopped, it has changed – it has reached a point where the new can emerge with conviction and strength.

Celebrate and be in bliss – for this is heaven on earth. This is the beginning of the new paradigm – it is now!

Crop Circle 2009 - Windmill Hill

I am back from the retreat and still feeling on a wonderful high. All the energy work that we created was so powerful - resulting in some wonderful personal shifts for those who attended and of course for the planet....(everything is affected by everything after all...) There is so much to say about the retreat - and I am still integrating much of what happened....one of the highlights for me was visiting a crop circle! It was was wild!

The crop circle (see picture below) appeared on August 6th (my birthday) and was very much connected to the work Celia and I were doing during the retreat.

When we all first got there - walking in I felt rather strange - like my solar plexus was being opened - and my legs felt a little weak - but once I was in the main bit and looking out to Silbury Hill - an overwhelming sense of ecstasy enveloped me. I felt so at peace and so joyful - it was definitely a high. I know it was the energy in the crop circle that was making this experience for me and the messages that were contained within this energy. It was peaceful yet vibrant - the words are not really adequate - but trust me when I say it was wonderful.

To top it all off, there were some drummers and some singers just 'chilling' in the circle - almost like a gift for us and some of the group, including myself joined them for some impromptu toning and harmony creation. It was beautiful and so liberating to be making sounds without words and expressing the feelings deep within. In fact the second picture below (thank to Mai) shows me in my BIG white sunnies - sitting in the crop circle - making music. Judging by my face I guess at that point I was humming!

If you haven't done a crop circle this year, then I do hope you get to do one next year! Many of our group found it a deeply healing experience - some were connecting to Mother Earth and blending with her - it was in the main a deeply personal experience....some even choice to eat some of the crop (which I have read in a book is a common experience for those who visit crop circles!).

If you have a few moments now - connect with the energy of the circle - and see what you experience - it's power hasn't gone because it is gone - it's power has merged with the new energy that is being birthed - it has become part of who we are!

Heaven on Earth 2009

Hello!!! Only one more day until the Heaven on Earth 2009 retreat...and the energies have been pretty awesome. This week I have activated a whole new paradigm for me and the last day or so has been full of adjustments...thankfully nothing has been over powering. I am so excited with what has been coming through. All of it of course will be used to further my understanding and then passed on to each of you - after all this is about all of us!

The new paradigm energy that is coming through at the moment is all about power - and just think about that...there is so much to say on this so you will have to watch this space.

FUN

Okay - it has been a while - maybe I have been a little BLOG shy - but why write when you have nothing to share - that is what I feel.... ;-) (And yes, I do have something to share today) .

It is all about FUN....recently as I have been talking to many many clients I have realised how much their spiritual quest or journey has had the fun removed from it. Who ever said it had to be that way? Do you think that is what it is meant to be like. I remember myself thinking this - sat in meditation circles - feeling slightly bored and irritated but thought I have to do this in order to open up that box that has my spiritual gifts and knowledge in it. Okay - it worked to a certain extent, but I have no doubt in my heart and soul that it worked almost despite this and not inspite this. It also probably in some way delayed my spiritual awakening and sense of connection to myself because on one level it didn't seem like fun.

Indeed - there should be regular practice of some sort - discipline for want of a better word. BUT when it is not fun there really is little value in pursuing the activity. I am not talking about resitance because that is something totally different - it is simply when you feel no FUN. You know when you feel that your energy is being zapped, when you feel bored, when you feel like you are simply going through the motions, when not doing the activity is like having won the lottery because you can do something more FUN instead. Resistance on the other hand is when you are slipping into fear - and allowing that to win - when you are avoiding that which will move you forward.

What you do, who you spend time with, what you eat, or watch on TV (note - why watch things that fill you with doom and gloom - it really is a no brainer when you think of it in that way) should be FUN. You should be consciously creating FUN aka JOY in your life and things that are not giving you this FUN/JOY or stop giving it to you should be changed or removed.

The same applies when you are looking to make a decision, however big or small - if it leaves your head spinning and it is not a good place to be - then this is not something you want to cultivate and nurture. The law of the universe is simple - like attracts like - let yourself get muddled - and flit from one thing to another and all you get is more of the same. It is not the outcome of the decision that is often important - because you can do whatever you set your heart and soul to do - it is how you arrive at that point that is important. If making a decision has not FUN in it for you then I would question why you are even thinking about it - let it go and find something else fun to do. It is through FUN that you will find liberation and through FUN you will find solutions and insights.

Fun is your Spirit coming out to play - and let;s not forget that is part of the journey that you are no doubt on - how to connect deeper with your own spirit - well have FUN!

There are no prizes to be one for those who have created the most arduous, difficult path to spiritual enlightenment - and because of this I know which path I will always take - the FUN one...

Let's all join and give gratitude and surround the planet with a sheild of gratitude!

I would suggest going out in nature at anytime that suits you, early morning, evening it doesn't matter. Go when it feels right for you. (If it's cold - then get those jumpers and warm coats out, if it is raining get the water proof out!!) Find your place and sit, or stand and connect with Mother Earth.

Then simply give thanks for all that you have experienced in this Sun year. Not judging anything as good or bad - simply looking upon everything as a gift!

Give thanks to all those you have come across, however brief, however difficult or loving. It matters not - for they were all also a gift. Give thanks for everything.

Finally, give thanks to yourself. Acknowledge and honour the journey you have made.Send out those beams of gratitude, imagine them creating a layer of gratitude around our planet - a positive energy, a high vibration positively impacting on everything and everyone on the planet.

Finally as you remain connected to Mother Earth - ask her to here your intention. Share it with her, let her magnify it back to you. (My intention is that this is going to be my best year ever.)

Your final step is to go inside (or you can remain outside) and journal - write what comes. You may get advice, you may get healing, you may get understanding, you may get loving words, you may get action...you may get all or something else. Just let it flow and know that as the energy of what can be is shining towards you - this is your time - this is your opportunity - this is your gift!

The reality I am creating is..

This is an old post that I am posting again....I want to challenge you to put a comment and share what your dream is - some of or a lot of it....share it and let the universe know that you are embracing your life purpose....

Recently in my eZine I asked people to share, loudly, boldly and proudly the reality that they are trying to create. It has been an idea of mine to try and find the space for people to share what there deepest dreams and desires are. I find when we start to vocalise our deepest dreams and desires we can start to take action towards making them reality. The universe can also do what it does best and start to make it happen for us.Below are two people's responses to the request in my eZine. Choosing Peace

The notion of consciously creating remains a core learning theme. You will hear it called different things like 'Cosmic Ordering,' 'The Secret,' even but in essence they are all referring to the same energy. Let me explain it to you again, (you cannot hear it enough - as the more you do the more the essence of it becomes your own too!) 'Consciously Creating' is when you 'consciously' take actions to serve your highest purpose, it is when you take conscious responsibility (NB I am not talking about blame or guilt or anything else unhelpful here) for your self, it is when you take conscious steps to make this your best life ever. In moving towards being a conscious creator, I want you to ask yourself: Do you always choose peace?

It may seem like the obvious choice as you read the question out to yourself, but in my experience, both through my personal journey and in the work I do through Heavenly Spaces, I have found that more often than not, most people don't choose peace. (This is not because they don't want peace!)In this month's article, I want to reveal to you why this is so and give you food for thought so that you can consciously start choosing peace.

The answer is simple really, to choose peace in your life you need to be making conscious choices. Remember my favourite saying, like attracts like, so if you want to choose peace you need to be choosing peace on all levels. By this I mean with how you live your life, what and how you eat, what you connect to, and even who you connect to etc. So often we act out of habit and there seems to be an allure to living with drama - it is as if the non-conscious choice will be to choose the opposite of peace and it all starts to become a self fulfilling prophecy. Life becomes filled with unrest and drama and it seems to go on and on and the further you move away from making conscious choices the more you can forget that it is even possible! It is too easy to forget that you have choice. This is part of the reason we have connected, I am here to gently guide and inspire you and be your blissful transformation partner.

For me peace is a frequency or an aspect of bliss - so on my journey to bliss - I have to ask myself questions about whether my actions will lead to peace or something else. If that something else is not an intended outcome for me, I have to think and act again. It may seem pedantic, but by consciously behaving in this way I am able to be make more natural and soul-ful peaceful changes. It is through conscious creation that you can ignite your true essence. This is the way it is and until we start to become more conscious, more aware and take more responsibility, the flow of life can seem like it is a million miles or even a million light years away from peace!

Think about your patterns and behaviours, for example when do you find yourself irritated with those close to you, what are the triggers that will cause you to react in a way that didn't create peace both for you and those involved? I am not saying that choosing peace means being passive - I never suggest that in any action because being passive is being disconnected from your own life. However choosing peace can sometimes mean surrendering and letting go. I know the many trillion things that can make me feel irritated and start that spark of unrest in me and by choosing peace - all I did was choose another way of being. I was choosing another way to serve my highest purpose and allow my highest purpose to express and manifest. I acted with the intention of choosing, having and being peace and that energy helped to shape my actions and my experience! At no point did I think I was loosing out, or giving in - this is the type of fear our ego may create for us, but soon like my ego was satisfied yours will be too, as by choosing peace you create more space in your life to focus on matters of a higher nature. Matters which you know will contribute to making this your best life ever!

Choosing Peace matters and is important as it can:

reduce the stress that you invite into your life (stress is the cause of much ill health, so reducing it is a BIG bonus!);

give you opportunity to focus time and energy on matters which are higher in nature;

help improve your relationships with others;

create more peace in the world (big statement, but the more of us that choose peace, the more it will inspire others to do the same and before you know it there will be a peaceful revolution!)

be part of your transformation towards blissful living.

As you now go about your day, your week and the rest of your life - pause before you slip into habitual thinking and doing and ask yourself....Am I choosing PEACE in this moment? See what you discover and what you can transform.

Spring Equinox - 20th March 2009

This is a time in the northern hemisphere which marks the passing of winter (hoorah!) and announces the birth of spring! From an energetic point of view the feelings I have been getting in my physical body and through the messages from nature, is that this is powerful equinox, wherever you are.

It is ending a marking of a phase for mother earth and her new configuration which she has spoken of, is coming to completion.

So what am I going to to do to mark this energetically significant day?

I am going to connect to Mother Earth - you can do this at any point of the day - preferably outside but even inside is fine. It is the energy and intention that counts! I am simply going to connect to feel the unity and to be in her love and to give love - no more - simply to be and then to feel the sense of celebration.

I am going to write out my new shopping list to the universe - the gift shop is open and it is time to put my order in....will you be putting your order in too...? Just sit with a clean sheet of paper and write out all that you desire to have in your life and what you desire to be. (NB Once you have done this remember you have to act as if it is so, otherwise the universe cannot fulfil your order as it needs to know you are truly ready for your divine inheritance!)

I am going to meet with friends and loved ones and have lots of fun - as the energy of laughter, joy and love is the most satisfying of tonics!

If you are in the southern hemisphere - you can still do the same - but you could if you felt it more appropriate before placing your order with the universal gift shop, write a letter of gratitude to the universe and all others who have assisted you so far!

The magic of trees

I have just returned from a wonderful retreat type of holiday in Thaliand. I felw to Bangkok and then onto Samui from where I ended up on Koh Pangnan. Koh Pangnan is a tropical paradise, in the middle of the ocean an Island full of magic!

Most of the Island is covered in rainforest - a lush canopy of trees - and that is what makes this Island magical! Anyone I spoke to who wasn't a resident on the Island had felt immediately at one with themselves and felt they had been there for ever (in a good way!). The way that the trees were recycling energy and making something new whilst transmuting negativity was so evident on this Island! It has renewed what I knew and what I had forgotten - it is possible to find healing by being in nature - by allowing the natural forces to do what they are doing all the time! What a joy - what a treat - what bliss!

If you are feeling the need for rejuvenation, healing and want time to connect back to yourself - why not organise a day out in a place of natural beauty. Take your family and friends - have a picnic, play some games, laze around and soak up the energy of where you are. I didn't always spend time in deep meditation - I was just being and going with the flow of the Island - and believe me it has done me the world of good. Where I live also is beautiful and green and Koh Pangnan has reminded me that there is a whole healing world out there, no matter where you are...and I want to share this reminder with you! The Article - Living in Abundance

This is such a huge area in spiritual and personal development and quite often it can be the reason why people start to look at their own spirituality and life. There seems to be a combination of people either feeling like they are not abundant enough or that there is so much more waiting for them but it is how to either change or access the relationship with abundance that becomes the holy grail.

Abundance can obviously mean a lot of things, the first thing that tends to spring to mind is around money, but in the same way, love, health, opportunities, people, etc can all be used in relation to abundance. In this article I want to take abundance in the more general sense and you can then use what you connect to and apply it in any of your life circumstances.I believe there is no reason why any all of us cannot experience the joy of knowing that our lives are abundant. Life is abundant! However, more often than not we all struggle to experience this constantly. Clearly this happens to a lesser or more degree depending on your individuality. What makes you feel abundant is going to be different to someone else. Let's take the money example. Two unrelated people find that they are given the same amount of money, through something that they are doing. One will feel abundant and the other will not. The other may feel they should have had more, or that they have not been honoured through the amount of money they received. The question in my view is, where is this programming coming from and what are the components that come together to make us feel abundant or not. Of course, the bottom line is learning, growing and attracting abundance as well as discovering, connecting and celebrating the existing abundance in our lives.

I have broken the answer down into the following sections:

1. Personal Choice: Like all areas of our life each of us has the ability to chose. Using the example above, one person chose to feel abundant and the other chose not to. This does not make one right and the other wrong, all it does is decide how the relationship with feeling abundant will manifest. Add to this component the universal law, that like attracts like, which easily translated is the reality you chose to plug into will be the reality that plays out for you, as you will get more of the same. If you want to experience an abundant life then you can consciously chose to feel abundant. It really is as simple as that. Of course, I know in reality and through experience becoming conscious can sometimes feel turbulent, it's the process of change and awakening to the fact that you can consciously choose that creates some discombobulation for a while, but what follows is bliss!

2. Letting go: Abundance is not a tangible thing, there is no measure that is universally accepted or given, there is no formula that says 'X amount of something=abundance.' Therefore we are all going to have different notions of what the quantity of love, money, health etc makes us feel abundant. Even this thinking is misleading in my view, abundance is not quantifiable, it cannot be pinned down. Abundance is a feeling, an emotion, a state of mind. Working on letting go of fixed amounts, or deals with the mysterious abundance gods, fairies, angels, universe etc means that you can focus on and nurture the emotion of abundance. This comes from within. It is about whether you chose to feel abundant or not.

3. Surrender and Trust: The recent increase in books, talks and workshops in this area, have in some way fed the illusion that exists. It is not possible to attract specific detailed things always, if it was then I would have attracted Johnny Depp to me a long time ago! There is a fine line between being over specific because you do not trust anything is possible as well as, being disconnected from your own truth, your own journey, your vision and simply trusting and surrendering to both yourself and the giving universe. Indeed limitless possibilities exist, but they will be unique to you and link to your soul essence and your divine purpose. Sadly, for me that means that attracting Johnny Depp was not part of my divine purpose...;-) I use that example, but think of it on a more day to day level, if I am trying to attract abundance in areas which are not yet activated for me and in doing so am I ignoring where I do have abundance? I am not saying, don't think big, but this is a journey without an end, it is a process which build on steps that you have taken and from growth that you have experienced. I might be someone who has a loving and supporting family through which I could chose to feel abundant and instead all I think of is that I do not have enough money. The energy is going to flow to the 'not having enough part' and my connection to abundance will feel incomplete, it will feel like something(s) are missing from my life. Part of feeling abundant, therefore is about surrendering and trusting the process, the process of life and the divine knowledge that everything is as it should be...that is unless you take no....

4...Action: I have written about this before and those of you who are new can find my article on Taking Action, by clicking here....In order to support and increase your levels of abundance, you have to take action. I had a vision at the start of this year that I would be serving through this eZine a community of over 1000 people. Back at the start of the year this seemed far fetched, but I took action through all the work I have done and this now doesn't seem like such an impossible task. I have in this eZine, asked for your help in making this happen. In taking action there is so much you can do, change your mindset, actually start physically working towards the abundance, acting 'as if', asking for help. As I have said before, it is rare to an almost impossibility to find that the universe comes knocking on your door, when you are sitting around doing nothing. However as much as you know you deserve to live abundantly, the energy now requires you to take action towards experiencing it. It is about each of you, taking personal responsibility.

5. Peace: This is something that is really important when it comes to attracting abundance and feeling abundant. Be at peace with yourself, experience that peace in your heart. This is something you need to activate in your heart, through conscious choice and I find that heart centre meditations are really powerful to support you in this. Working towards this type of inner peace also helps align all aspects of your self, so that you can start to discover your true divine purpose much more clearly, and get more detail about it as well as working in alignment with the universe and other elements that form part of your journey. Remember panic, fear, lack of trust etc grow rapidly and create more of the same. Working towards inner peace means you are already well on route to discovering that you can and do live abundant ally and this as you well know will attract more abundance into your life...one thing feeds the other! Remember living abundant ally is your divine inheritance!

Are you ready to let go of mind driven expectations and connect to the energy of abundance?...

Do you surrender and trust the process of life, including yourself?...

Are you prepared to take the necessary action to support your initiation into living and experiencing a fully abundant life?...

The Higher Universal Consciousness is a force that brings together the heart off all that was, is and will be. It is what you would call in your ancient times that the planetary beings where strongly connected to this force. Events that followed broke this connection, but really it was just a pause. It was also broken in other areas, making the Higher Universal Force something that was hidden and inaccessible. That is until this time.

The ancient times are not returning in a sense that many would believe, but it is that the connections that made times of old a time of co-operation, community, love, compassion and bliss will be once more. The spark from the Higher Universal Consciousness has been sent through to Mother Earth. The seed from this spark was sown and now the first spring has arrived.

The connection has once again been revived and acknowledged. It is all part of the merging which occurs on so many levels: Heaven and Earth, Heart and Soul, Material and Physical are to name but a few. The merging is a fuller expression of the divine, the end of duality as you know it. Anything is everything, and everything is all.

There are great areas of knowledge, great teachings, forgotten through time art forms, healing forms and so much more, that will be accessed through the Higher Universal Consciousness. The stream will start to flow as humanity consciously connects.

For those who will pioneer and be the discovers and leaders there will be a period of transition that will occur. For you know only too well, to sustain the higher frequencies of light and love, there is a period of change, release and transformation that one must go through. We in this plane, are working to find a solution and a way of removing much of the density. The revolution that is taking place, however, requires that before your consciousness is raised there is a period of cleansing and closure that must take place. The closure is unplugging you from the density that surrounds your planet. You will have noticed the increase in matters which pull you to work on base level issues, and get you caught up in drama. Never has the time to raise your energy been greater - work through your heart and not your mind and allow your heart to get stronger as these changes continue and you find the pull towards matters which are not of joy, bliss, love and peace.

The initiation into the Higher Universal Consciousness has been four years in the making and now we are placed as the brotherhood of light to oversee and light the way for this connection to manifest in the first wave. These will be the pioneers of the Golden Age.

For those who wish, you can visualise the Higher Universal Consciousness energy. Imagine a Golden Swirl, a meeting of hearts, souls and minds - the origin - the gateway to the divine. It is without veils and without doubt. The gateway to the divine is a gateway to your true self, your Adam Kadamon template, your blueprint, your divine essence. Imagine the connection that you have and the role that you have and the reason why you are here now. Imagine the power, the love, the bliss and joy that the Higher Universal Consciousness exudes.

Imagine this golden swirl in your heart. Each time you imagine and experience this in your heart, you make the dream of the Golden Age a reality.

The power of change lies within each of you and each step you take will be supported by the forces of light. Our dream is your dream, your life is our purpose, your expression of the divine is what we are nurturing. It is you we have unwavering love for.
